This is the first time I have not liked a purchase. I 'am 5'5' and on the smaller side. The sleeves are short and tight. I love the jacket but not the fit!

I loved this jacket when I saw it...loved the look and I was going to wear with furry fleece inside and shell outside for a streamline look. I wore one time and had to pull sleeves down as it rode up...even the body of the jacket rode up. I am a fitness instructor and wear athletic clothing so the tops I wear are polyester, thin and smooth. This jacket has a major design flaw of the thick fleece catching on clothing. The fleece needs to be a very thin layer and not furry. Fix this and jacket will sell. I did not want to wear fleece on the outside so it is being returned.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
The back of the jacket had 3 black markings. Zappos isn't looking at quality control and it's noticeable on this Cordovan color jacket and I returned it. I did buy the Navy color jacket in this style and kept it. It's also noticeable that 2018 version of this jacket was much nicer and luxurious compared to this year 2022.

This coat would have been great if it were made to actually fit a 3X person! It won't even zip. Waste of money.

Sizing is majorly incorrect. 2xl fits like an xl. For the price you'd think they'd be able to differentiate the two sizes.

I received this as a gift but the zipper broke before i could wear it. Both the zipper itself and some of the teeth came off. I am so disappointed. I can't return it since I didn't buy it and that puts me out of a jacket for 6-8 weeks while Northface repairs it.

I'm extremely disappointed. I purchased a mossbud jacket for all of my girls and I last year and they were amazing. Soft and warm. This year I purchased them and the girls were the same amazing fluff, mine was a like a cheap fleece. :(

Runs a bit small compared to other North Face jackets/vests I’ve bought. Fur lining leaves traces all over everything. Like other reviews i wore once and the arms rode up terribly. I have shorter arms and the arms on this jacket were midway up my arm and couldn’t be pulled down without taking the jacket off and adjusting. I am returning.

Jacket fights body movement, sleeve bunches around elbows, upper back rides up, stays there, does not slide back down. The shoulder cut makes no sense. The reversible idea is great but the furry fabric fights other clothing fabric being worn. I had high hopes but am so disappointed. Returning it.

Nice jacket to look at. Not practical to wear. The sleeves slide up to elbows, it needs the thumb holes to hold it in place.

This jacket could have been perfect if the sleeves were not so short. The left sleeve has a defect that makes it ride up my arm and become a 3/4 sleeve. The lining inside is shorter than the outer part of the sleeve and causes it to ride up even more than the right sleeve that is also too short. It's hard to stay warm when a large part of your arm is exposed to the cold. I'm very disappointed. I would not recommend this jacket.

Although I love the look and feel of the coat, I am returning it. As the sleeve length is very short, the shoulder/armpit room is lacking, yet the body of the coat is too roomy.

I was so excited to wear this jacket and it looked perfect. So, I took off the tags and was ready to go. However, after 5 minutes, the sleeves pulled way up my arm and the body of the jacket started sliding up. I literally cannot wear it because I'm constantly readjusting and uncomfortable. I tried it with the fuzzy side out, but it fits way too big on that side which is unexpected. I tried many times to wear this comfortably with different tops underneath with no luck. Avoid this jacket

So disappointed In this jacket. Thought it would be a great new ski jacket. Instead the whole time the sleeves ride up because of the silky material and the bottom does as well. Instead of skiing I was constantly fixing my sleeves. So annoying.

It’s looks far better on the site than in person. It is a cute style, but the fit was not right. I then ordered a larger size which they seemed to only make larger in the shoulders and not through the waist area....not pleased

Beautiful jacket! However the sleeves are so annoying! They ride up constantly and half of your sleeves from what you are wearing under the jacket are showing. Very disappointing for such an expensive jacket!

I ordered the Galaxy Purple/Black in a small. I am 5'2 110lbs. The purple is a beautiful eggplant color. The jacket was warm. I wore it in Colorado in 20* & 30*temps. This is where the positive stops with this jacket. The inside/fleece I would not call black. It's more of a charcoal grey. The fleece smells like color dye which is not a pleasant smell. The fit was good with sweaters & sweatshirts underneath. BUT...when you start to move the sleeves ride up your arm exposing your sweater/sweatshirt sleeves. The body of the jacket does the same thing. It starts out at the perfect length, BUT with movement it was at my waste line. I was consistently pulling & tugging on the jacket all day which became extremely annoying. The fleece on the inside is to slick. I would not recommend this jacket to anyone. North Face take this one back to the design room.

THE SLEEVES ON THIS JACKET RIDE UP and half of my lower arm ends up sticking out and getting cold!! There is really no way to know this without wearing it for a little bit so now I am stuck with this expensive jacket that I can't use and will have to buy a new one. I am extremely disappointed!!

Be careful if you purchase this jacket! Upon trying it on, you'll think it fits great...but once you wear it, you will be pulling the sleeves down constantly because they ride up. Customer service will not accept a return because I removed the tags. I'm sending it back through the warranty department hoping for a resolution. I will be very disappointed if something isn't done.
