I love the jacket its not too heavy or too light. Since its reversible I got the Black and Gray. I should have gotten the all Black/Black. When you wear the furry side as I call it its very constricting. But the other way is awesome.

I would not buy this coat again. The sleeves are way too short and I am a small person. ( 5'4"). When I tried it on in the store I loved it, but as you move around the sleeves continue to rise up your arm. If you try to extend your arms out the sleeves creep up also. Hate that I already took tags off and can't return.

This was purchased as a casual jacket to wear. The style is super cute, the sleeves are just really short. It should be advertised as a 3/4 sleeve jacket.

Does not fit at all. Tight to zip (even going up a size) and the arms are way too long. Nice color and I love the fleece lining, but this jacket just isn't for me.

As I said in the title of this post, the jacket feels warm and cozy. However, it's too snug-fitting for me to layer up. The design was not my ideal to wear as a jacket alone. Returned.

This jacket is very pretty but unfortunately runs very small and it just doesn't feel right. I think sizing up one size its a great idea if you really want this jacket to fit perfect.

Love the weight of the jacket, and the lining is so soft. The con is that the sleeves "crawl up" making my shirt sleeves stick out. I think it's the fuzzy Lining grabbing the fabric of my clothes and it makes the sleeves too short. I want to love the jacket, but it's a bit disappointing in this aspect. Really wish I'd not gotten the reversible jacket.

While the coat is a beautiful color and the plush material is very comfortable, the sleeve design makes this unwearable. There's something about the stitching on the cuffs that makes the material slip around and fold in on itself, which basically makes the sleeve slide and bunch up and become much shorter. The coat also feels too tight around the back and shoulders because of the poor sleeve construction. I couldn't stand to wear it for even 10 minutes around the house and returned it.

I've been buying the same size of North Face jackets over the years and this is the first time that the fit has been so uncomfortable. The sleeves are too short but the rest of the jacket fits. I don't want to wear this jacket now because of it. For the first time, I'm looking at other brands to buy a jacket that fits right.

Outerwear gear. The inner material is very itchy. I wanted to wash it and see if it's a little more comfortable afterwards. The sleeves ride up my arm. Maybe I'll return for a small size. Unsure about this coat.

I work in the car business and every year I buy this coat. I need a comfortable stylish coat. I thought I was buying an upgraded version of the one I get every year. I am extremely disappointed and since I threw out my receipt, took tags off right away nor do I have time to deal with returns I kept it. I wear it but an ceri disappointed every few minutes im pulling down the coat and the sleeves. The fluffy side looks of cheap material this time so I can't reverse the coat to go out in for a dinner like I did with my others.

It's a cute coat but it feels small. I have other North Face coats and this one is probably the worst. The sleeves ride up and it feels uncomfortable

I LOVE the way this jacket looks and fells. However, the sleeves ride up constantly. After a few hours of wearing it and constantly pushing my shirt back inside the jacket sleeves, I sadly realized that it must be returned.

I like the color and the style online. Online the product looked a little lighter green than the actual jacket. I am 5' tall and weight 108#. I usually buy small but saw comments about tight fit around hips so I ordered medium. The jacket fit well around the hips but was baggy on top. Zipper also stuck some when zipping. I have several NorthFace products but had to return this one.

Sleeves too short in length. I ordered online and was disappointed with how the length/bottom of jacket rises up. Too much of a hassle to ship and return.

Very cute coat but it's horrible for riding up. I had to pull down the coat and sleeves constantly! Even though it is cute and warm I wouldn't buy it again.

Worst Northface coat I've ever had. Sleeves are way to short and ride up as you wear it. Terrible design, do not buy.

My other North Face coat is a size M and fits perfectly. I read the reviews saying arms were short so I asked for a size L for Christmas. Even with a Large, the sleeves ride up and become way too short when I move my arms. I'm 5'3" and do not have long arms!!!!!! I tried to get a larger size but they are sold out. Now I am stuck with online credit that I can't use.

I wish I would of listened to the reviews but I was hoping it would fit right in the sleeves. The sleeves definitely ride up (almost to my elbows) when wearing and its really uncomfortable so unfortunately I'll be returning. Love the color/style so I am really disappointed to return!

The Jacket is very warm but uncomfortable. The sleeves ride up and the body of the jacket does not stay down. I have a lot of Northface jackets and I love their brand but this jacket is the worst, very uncomfortable, and I am constantly trying to pull the sleeves and back down. I seriously regret buying it.

I should have listened to the reviews regarding the sleeves. They absolutely slide up when you wear it on the fleece side in. It seems fine at first but then as you move the sleeves start to creep up and I kept having to pull them down along with the bottom of the jacket too. I spoke to customer service and they do not accept returns once the tag has been removed. I can't call this jacket reversible.
