Wonderful coat, however I wish it had a hood as well. Overall, I am very pleased as it keeps me warm during the chilly nights.

I want to love this jacket (especially because a reversible jacket is so versatile!), but it is unfortunately too narrow in the shoulders for me. I cannot recommend this jacket for anyone of large stature or with slightly wide to wide shoulders.

The sleeves ride up and so does the back. Not practical

Runs so small. I'm a small/medium and should have ordered a large but they're now out of stock. I got a medium thinking it would be ok and it's tight.

It's super cozy, but fairly boxy. I had the same problem with the sleeves riding up. Not keeping the jacket.

Until I wore it myself, I just could not understand how the sleeves could ride up so much. But they do, unfortunately -- a lot. It's still got a lot of positives (fit, look, etc.), but it's hard to overlook this flaw with the jacket. I basically only wear it if I'm wearing 3/4 sleeves or shorter.

I got the khaki color. I love the color. However the size, I got the XS but it's a little big on the shoulders and the sleeves. I like the reversible style of the jacket. it's warm and comfortable. I'll keep it.

Runs a little small. As others have commented, the sleeves do ride up while wearing. Also, in less than 3 months, the zipper teeth are starting to pull away making it near impossible to zip anymore. Not the quality I expect from North Face. I do find it comfortable to wear and love the soft insulation.

I got this product and was so excited to use it on a ski trip. But the sleeves were tight and restrictive. I could not reach my toes or put my arms in front of me in a comfortable way. Therefore I would not be able to use it for the purpose I intend for it to fulfill. I am going to go a size up from what I got, small-medium.

This is a great jacket in theory. It is a good mid-weight piece to wear when it's cold, but not bitterly cold. And I have worn it in 30 degree weather and I feel plenty warm. But I am going to echo other reviewers who remarked about the fleece lining. I have had the same problem with the sleeves and body of the jacket riding up and I am constantly yanking down to cover my wrists and torso. That gets annoying, especially if I am wearing a long sleeved top or sweater underneath. The only way the sleeves don't ride up is if I'm wearing a short sleeved top, and that isn't likely in the winter. Maybe it could work if the designers used an elastic band around the sleeves, similar to the Osito fleece jackets. I don't think that would sacrifice the reversibility. In any case, I have to live with it, as I missed the return window.

Maybe it's because I'm too short for the jacket, but it felt really long and covered my entire rear end. I may end up returning. It is cute and very warm! I'm sad it doesn't fit right.

Love how the back is long below the waistline but hate the sleeves are short for tall ppl. I'm 5'9" and I'm always pulling on sleeves. Wear Lg shirts; bought XL coat, still short :(

Absolutely love the color and the jacket. Very soft inside and perfect for my walks.

This coat is so comfy and warm without being heavy, however the sleeves roll up to my elbows when I drive and it was very uncomfortable. Going to have to send it back.

I loved the material and weight of this coat. Wish it was more fitted, ended up returning.

Iner material caused my allergies to kick in.

Ordered it based on how it looked on the web site. Did not meet the expectations fully

I like the look of this jacket and feel of it. Despite the other reviews saying the sleeves ride up, I purchased it, I thought it wouldn't be that bad. I feel like I'm constantly pulling down my sleeves.

Love this jacket, great length, great color and very warm. Unfortunately I had the same issue as others, the Sherpa lining on the sleeves caused the sleeves to constantly ride up making it very uncomfortable. I returned it and purchased another North Face coat to replace, same clover color and Sherpa lining but none on the sleeves. Thank you Zappos for your outstanding customer service!

Like many other reviews, the jacket is very warm and comfortable until you have to deal with the sleeves sliding half-way up your forearms after a minimal amount of movement. I bought this for my wife thinking she might be the exception, but as much as she loves the way it looks, she was too frustrated by this issue and we had to return it.

Order one size bigger. There wasn't anything else that was wrong with the quality of the jacket. I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas I ordered her normal size but unfortunately it didn't fit so I returned it. I was disappointed to see I couldn't exchange it as she still wants the jacket but I'm not willing to pay the price that it's at now.

I am not fond of how the arms continue to ride up. It makes me feel like its constricting me.
