I've worn danskos for years, in several different styles. I ordered these in two different sizes and neither size fit properly. The heels were too wide and I couldn't, even with inserts, walk in them comfortably. I sent them back. They seem to be good quality and neutral in style, they just didn't fit.

I have short wide feet with just the hint of bunions and a high arch instep. I have a number of Dansko 36 in open toe—platform bootie and sandals. My 37 closed toe are too big to wear without tights to protect my feet. I purchased the 36 in these and the leather is not as soft as my other shoes. The elastic is sharp —should have listened to other reviewer. The heel was slipping and my big toe did not have enough room. I would send them back but the grey sole is a dust magnet and I somehow managed to scratch the nubuck already just trying them on. I have a couple pair of Dansko flats with an ankle strap that have seen many miles in all kinds of weather and still look fine—scratches rub out and I can rinse off dirt. I need a pair of flats I can wear with bare feet and silk pants and also light to pack so was hoping this was going to work.

These flats just didn't work for me. I have bunions and fairly narrow heels. I need a lot of support or my plantar fasciitis will act up. I love the support of traditional Dansko clogs and these just didn't match that for me. Also, the leather opening was barely wide enough for my bunions but too wide for my heel.

I thought the sh oes were comfortable until I walked. My heel came right out of the shoe. I wear an 8 but these were too big.

The Slate Suede color is green, NOT gray. Not what I was expecting.

It is a nice looking shoe, but the length just didn’t fit. And the arch support just wasn’t great.

The sizing on this Dansko is off. I usually wear a 11.5 in Dansko and my foot was hitting the very front of the shoe. This one runs short. Be careful.
