As with the other flats/dressy shoes I have ordered in the last month or so, these were too tight in the toe box, but slipped off my heels. I normally wear an 8 wide, and ordered a 38 in these shoes. I was hoping that since they weren't wide width, they would stay on my heels. They did not, and were too small in the toe box as well. The length was fine. I was expecting the fabric part around the top of the shoe to be soft and have some give; it did not. It actually felt sharp against my foot. The search for dress shoes for my arthritic feet continues...

The shoe was very comfortable, except it was at least a half to a whole size too large in length and a bit too wide, however a smaller size might have been ok in width. I wear a 5.5, so I ordered a 36 which compares to a 5.5 - 6 in the U.S. I would have liked to try a size 35, but 36 was the smallest size offered, so I had to send them back.

unfortunately i had to return this item as it does nt come in half sizes. normally wear an 8.5 so tried an 8 and a 9 in this shoe but it didnt work out. to bad as the show box is very roomy with good arch support for my flat feet

Thought this shoe would be a good alternative to the clogs in the summer but they're too narrow around the toes for my comfort after the roominess of a clog. And they slipped a bit at the heel so sadly I have returned them. The search continues.

Lost money with this shoe. I ordered a 38 and 39. The 38 was tight in the toe box, but the 39 was too wide in the heel. I kept the 38 but wish I could return it. The shoe fits strange. Narrow toe box and wide heel area. I wore them outside and regret not being able to return them. The toe box is still too tight and my foot will not stay in one of the shoes. I am not able to walk in the shoe since it will not stay on my foot. If my foot would stay in the shoe it would be a good shoe. There is cushioning and good arch support.

I ordered a size down based on other reviews and still had heels slip out while walking. The elastic around the opening was super stiff and "sharp", so the shoes were uncomfortable. Style was as shown. Basic, which is what I'm looking for. Unfortunately these don't work for me.

If I were 80, perhaps these shoes would have been a keeper. Alas, I got time before I get to that age. Picture is much more attractive than the thing in real life - which is so often the case. Sent 'em back.

Great arch support and fit true to size. I don’t think these are quite as comfy as my other Dansko tho. Style is a little lacking too. The insole is removable if you need to wear an orthotic.

My feet are pretty hard to fit. The left one was perfect but the elastic arround the top of the right shoe was rubbing against the left side of my foot and I could tell I would end up with a blister. Other than this, the shoe is beautiful and I do recommmend it.

Very comfortable

Have been looking for a good pair of flats for a long time. Needed them to be supportive and fit well in the heel. Finally found these and so glad to have the heel stay in place when I walk. The soles are thicker than many flats, which also helps my feet. A find!

These are great Danskos! They don't look too clunky. They are a little softer than my other Dansko styles. The color (a soft blue suede) was really pretty. They fit like a glove in my normal 39. Danskos last forever, and they are more than worth the money. And they were comfortable right out of the box. Ultimately, I did not keep these, but only because I chose to go with a different color shoe altogether. I'm sorry this shoe wasn't available in more colors at this time, but I'll keep an eye on it for the future.

Usually I take a 38-39 in a flat. The 39 was swimming, but Zappos sent out the smaller size immediately. My right foot is slightly smaller and required a pad under the insole. The bottom of the shoes are as close to sneaker cushioning as possible. Very Good arch. I have high arches. This flat is as good as it gets for comfort.

I've got wide feet and several complications (recently broke an ankle, plantar fasciitis) and have been looking for a not hideous flat that works for my job (I'm a teacher, on my feet a lot). And these are perfect! I guess they could be a little cuter but overall I'm really happy with them.

I have foot/toe issues and finding a dressy supportive low heel shoe is near impossible. I reordered a size larger. I normally wear a 39 in Dansko but the toe box gets narrow and pushed on my great toe. The 40 fit much better but my heel was slipping until I inserted some heel grippers. Now perfect. Very comfortable and cute. Finally I can wear a dress this holiday and stay standing or dancing in these cuties.

Narrow Dansko shoes usually fit my feet well, though this pair are slightly larger and my heels keep slipping out. I added heel inserts which help, yet not as snug as I like. Cute, comfy flat overall.

Purchased the shoe in black leather. Very comfortable right out of the box and do not need breaking in. They do make the feet feel slightly warm. I have narrow heels with a wider instep, tried many different brands of slip on flats which were either too tight in the toe box, too loose in the heel, or gapped around the mid foot area, and these had the best fit. As other reviewers have mentioned, the elastic trim makes the shoe look more casual when viewing them right out of the box. However, the elastic trim really makes the shoe fit better with less slipping, and the elastic trim does not really detract from how they look when wearing.

Finally, a Dansko shoe with color and style! I've always loved Dansko, but how many pairs of clunky black / blue shoes can one person own? These are lovely and fit perfectly for those of us need support but also have wider feet. The yellow is perfect, deep rich golden yet bright. I can go in between a 39 and 40 depending of the style of Dansko, and with this cut/style the 39 is plenty generous. A 40 would have been way too big.

I love these shoes - all the comfort of my Danskos professional clogs but more slim and stylish with ankle pants. I've worn them for 6 months now and they don't disappoint.

I was really disappointed bc I loved the look and feel of this shoe but it was too big. I tried inserting heel liners but they were still too big. I bought the smallest size so I just had to return them. They were so cute and well designed for comfort and style.

The black ones fit a tad more snug than the grey ones...weird. I'm keeping both.

I have had 3 foot surgeries and it is quite difficult to find shoes that are comfortable (except for when I wear my thick custom orthotics in a men's sneaker). While no shoe is going to be perfect for me, these are the best I have found and am ordering another pair in a different color.

I really wanted these shoes to work.. Not only did I like that they were black Nubuck (with a black sole) but despite the fact that they were a B width & I have a very wide foot, they were reasonable comfortable. Unfortunately the heel on my left foot is already slipping & I'm afraid that I'll soon be walking out of them. If they had a strap like the Hennie they'd probably work.

Perfect. Very comfortable like most Dansko brand shoes and boots. Never disappointed with this brand.
