WEIRD sizing! I normally wear an 11 and have a pair of Sorels from last year that fit great in that size. I ordered these in Black in 11 and they felt a full size too small, so I ordered a 12 in Brown. The Brown 12s are literally shorter and narrower than the Black 11s when I set them side by side. I’d recommend ordering at least a full size up, and would caution buyers that there are differences between the same size in different colors. Good thing Zappos has free returns!

Really like the boot but too small even after ordering a half size up. Will have to go up a full size. Would be nice if the tongue was attached to the shaft but hopefully the snow stays out.

Loved the style and warmth but the toe box is tiny. I could get my feet in, but it was snug, and couldn't imagine being able to wiggle enough during cold weather to stay warm. I do like a little room, and my feet tend to be wide/high volume, but most Sorel's I usually have a fine time true to size. These feel narrower. Because the material didn't seem like it would stretch, I sent them back. Sadly, because otherwise, they seem like a great boot!! Simple colors, so fine for play or everyday wear, but hip styling, so not clunky when you want to look stylish.

I exchanged my size 8 for a size 9. Still way too small and extremely narrow. My normal size is an 8M and my foot is on the narrow side of medium width. I wanted this boot to work for me so much. The Sorel Whitney Tall Lace II is lightweight and feels warm. It would be the perfect boot if Sorel improved overall fit.

Something about these is so uncomfortable. I am disappointed at the price point because they fit my feet as far as the right size they are just uncomfortable and feel like a cheap pair of boots. I would not recommend them.

These boots gave me the worst blisters. The inside lining slides as you put your foot in, creating bumps and rubbing. Terrible quality.

I loved the previous Sorel Whitney boots. They were the most comfortable boots I had ever had. I had to go a size bigger on those! I wore them out wearing them all winter for 2 years. The next pair, the Whitney 2, was very narrow. It pulled at my sock on the heel. It was not the same.

I usually wear a 5.5 and ordered a 6.5 and it’s very narrow in the toe and middle area. The heel is wide. It’s a very poor quality boot for the price. The material is thin and the tongue barely overlaps the sides of the boot so I don’t feel it will protect from cold or snow. Looks like a $40 boot, I will return it.

These boots run small. I wear a 10 and sized up 1/2 size, would have gone a full size, but they were out of stock. Even without socks my toes hit the end of the boot. They are light weight and would probably be comfortable for a smaller foot with the option of sizing up appropriately.

I wanted to love these boots but unfortunately I returned them. I was looking for a true, heavy duty snow boot, one that will keep slush and wetness out and warmth in. These feel like a tall tennis shoe and they run both short and narrow, and I don’t have wide feet. I am a dog walker and need a rugged boot that will hold up, and one that my toes won’t get crushed when a dog steps on my foot. I can’t I agi e these keeping the cold and wetness out either since they are so flimsy.

I returned them. The heal slips and just didn’t feel right. I normally wear an 8 1/2. For boots I go a little larger to accommodate warmer socks. I tried these in a 9, 9 1/2 and 10. Nothing felt right. I don’t have wide feet but they were snug around my foot which means it’s tight with a warmer sock, in all the sizes!

I ordered these in my usual size 9, they fit in length, but were definitely too narrow. I don't wear a wide shoe, so was disappointed they didn't fit. I have an 18 year old sorel boot that fits perfectly, and really wanted another pair.

The reviews said they were super comfy and warm but I find that the heel stitching on the inside causes some serious discomfort and for the price I paid I expected better. They also don't keep my feet all that warm and wearing two pairs of socks makes them too tight.
