I returned these boots as they are not sturdy enough to be snow boots, and not quite cute enough (though close) to be boots I would want to wear otherwise.

Love the look of the boot, unfortunately they ran really small. I own Joan of the Artic Sorels in the same size and they fit great. These will have to go back.

These are so cute. I love them so much. EXCEPT if you have a remotely wide foot, they are extremely narrow. Like can't wiggle your toes at all narrow. I mean, maybe if you wear a super thin sock they'll be okay, but who wants to wear a super thin sock in their winter boots? I wish these were wider or there were width options. I'm so disappointed to have to return them.

Love them, but WAY to small.

These are cute. I did order up a half size. They are very tight in the toe box and I was wearing thin athletic socks. They would not be comfortable for long periods of time so I returned them.

These are cute but the sizing is absurd. I typically wear a 7.5. I actually own a pair of Sorels in a 7.5 and have worn them for years. Other reviews said this style runs small, so I ordered an 8.5. NOPE. My toe touches the end. This pair is a FULL size up from normal and it looks like I'd need a 9. That's ridiculous.

I wanted to love these. I waited a whole week and wore them around the house. Almost took the tag off. But they just did not fit. I bought a full size larger than my usual size. They were warm and fuzzy, just what I wanted for the snow and ice. Very cute boots. But I ended up sending them back. I used to wear Sorel boots when I lived in Alaska and they were great! But the new women’s styles just don’t fit me right. I tried.

I wore these super cute boots walking on the snow in Mammoth California one day, and I am sad to say the inside of the boots were wet. I didn’t submerge them just walked on a good amount of snow. I am keeping the boots because they are super cute and comfortable. Maybe mine are defective but they are out of stock so I’ll just wear snow rubber boots in the rain or snow from now on :)

Loved these, but they are too short. So bummed b/c I wear between 11-12, depending on the shoe. The 12 was too short.

Cute snow boot style except a bit wide looking. I need a city walker snow boot. This felt like not enough support - loose- for all day walking. I have many other sores snow boots but was trying to find a lighter weight style for travel. Returning

These definitely are very casual looking. Looks like a sneaker. I am usually a 8.5 or 9 and order the 9, they were too small. I returned for a 9.5.

Weird Fit. I had to size up one whole size for length, and they still feel too narrow for me—and I have super-skinny feet! Bummer, because I thought they were a cute look and they felt like they’d be nice and warm.

These are very cute, but not waterproof

The image is what attracted me to the boot however, I was totally disappointed. I ordered a half size larger a (9) and the fit was still tight. Also, when I received the boots they were scuffed and the string were untied. So much for presentation of a reputable product!!

I wear a size 8 after reviewing the reviews to go up in size I purchased size 9. The were very narrow in the toe area and had to return them.

Runs very small. I wear a 41 and the 11 is so small my big toe was jammed to end. Quite disappointed as it takes a long time to find a boot warm enough for Maine winters, stylish for to/fro teaching fitness classes and functional enough for snowshoeing. Order an entire size up. Oh and Zappos doesn't have a 12 in these either. Bummed.

Just didn't like these. These felt a half size too small & a bit narrow. My toes just felt crowded. Oddly made my ankles & legs look fat. Also felt uncomfortably stiff at the ankle.

I wear an 8 or 8.5 in most footwear and brands. I got these in a 9 and they were still a full size too small. Unwearably narrow. Even another size up would never have worked because of how narrow the toe area is. I do not have wide feet but they are not pointy-shaped either.

The toe box as well as the part before that is way too narrow. Unfortunately, for those of us who have narrow heels, a wide forefoot, and a rectangular toe box, these shoes will not work (getting a wide size will not work at the heel).

The fur on top of the boots are purple. They’re suppose to be the color that shows online but it’s literally purple in person.

I love the look and style of these boots, but the fit is bizarre. I usually run somewhere between 10 ½ and 11 M, and the 11M was really small, and the 12M was long enough, but still narrow and uncomfortable. I don't understand why shoe sizes vary so much between brands and different styles of the same brand.

NOT waterproof! Only have had these 1 month, not even daily wear. Half hour into our walk in the slush today, foot is wet along outside. Bummer! Sold me on the sneaker meets boot, very comfortable and light weight. Bought these specifically because all my other "waterproof" boots can't seem to stay waterproof for more than 1 season. These didn't even make it a month. I'm usually a size 10, ordered in 10.5, fit nice.

I think Zappos should put a note with this item -- that the color "Coal" is not really coal at all, it's actually a medium forest green. The picture of "Coal" shows a boot that is clearly dark gray, NOT GREEN, which is what these turned out to be. Zappos can't possibly screen every shoe it carries, but something this glaring should not go unnoticed. I love Zappos though, they have the best customer service on the planet!!
