Normally wear a 6 or 6 1/2 and ordered a size 7 and it fit well. Also accommodating for wider widths. Feel quite warm so looking forward to wearing!

I ordered this boot twice, half sizes apart. The first try was my regular size, the second was a half size larger. Neither fit. It was too tight/small. Returned both pair. I went to another store that had them in stock and tried on a pair that was one of the sizes (the larger) that I returned to Zappos. It fit fine and I bought them. I don't know what's going on with the origin of this boot but it may depend on where you purchase.

Definitely order a size up, maybe 2! I typically wear a 9.5 (in Ariat Cruisers) or a 10 (in Uggs). Zapped suggested a 10. Too small! I returned, a few days later I was actually at a store that had these and tried on an 11, that would have been a more appropriate size for me. They are comfortable feeling, however I wasn't a fan of how narrow they got to my toes. They make my feet look a tad funny. I am sure they'd be fine on smaller feet, but for a larger size, they look too long and skinny and pointy.

I love the boot, the looks, the warmth, but...I read all the reviews and the suggestions and it said they were true to size, I’ve worn them 2 times and feel like I’m getting a hot spot on my right foots big toe. I don’t have wide feet. My left foot is ok. Not sure what to do?

These are really narrow in the toes. Too narrow for toes to be squished into in winter when they need room to move to stay warm

These are cute shoes, and would be comfortable. I returned them for 2 reasons. Sizing with Sorel is all over the place. I have Sorel shoes in sizes anywhere from a 7.5 to a 9 (own about 12 pairs of different sorel styles, mainly different types of boots) and can't predict which size will be the right one before trying them on. These were 1/2 size too small, and the 8.5 is usually a safe size for me with Sorel (but not always!) My other concern would be keeping them clean. They are stylish, comfortable, and very warm. Where I live, when it is cold enough to wear them, they would also be likely to encounter sleet or wet or mud. I'd really have to stay on top of coating these with some sort of protectant in order to keep them clean. But a nice shoe.

I am normally between a 7.5 and an 8, glad I ordered size 8. With socks, they fit perfectly. I ordered these as a casual winter boot. I live in Boston and these won't cut it during snowy/slushy/slippery days (need taller, tougher boots with better traction for those days), but these are great for other days and walking around! Have been wearing them to work on 30 degree days and feet stay warm in these boots.

Pros: These are very, very warm boots. The style is cute, but not cutesy. They are versatile. They are comfortable and easy to get on and off.
Cons: These run a whole size small. I should have believed other reviewers who said to size up one whole size. I went up half a size and had to return for a whole size larger than I normally wear. I worry that the grey felt tongue will not withstand the elements like the leather portions of the boot. I purchased these more for casual wear, than tech, but still...

These boots are awesome! Cute, comfortable and very warm, BUT definitely runs too small. I ordered a 1/2 size up after reading the other reviews and had to send those back because they were too small. I'm normally an 8.5 and ultimately the 9.5 fit the best.

Runs a full size small for me. (I'm usually an 8.5, rarely a 9. After ordering a 9 because other reviewers suggested sizing up, I realized I'm a 9.5 in this boot!) Easy, casual, cute. Love that I can get my foot out without untying if I keep the laces a bit loosened. But I'm returning my 9.5s because there is some hard fabric digging in above my ankle on one boot. Hope it's a simple defect and the next pair is better.

Super comfortable. Went up 1/2 size, probably could have fit in a full size bigger. (If you like to wear thick socks, recommend ordering full-size larger)

I just tried these boots because we had unusual heavy snowfall already this year in Chicago. I have a very long commute, through soggy, wet, messy city streets. I also have a foot that is a bit wider than B width, Plantar Fasciitis, wider calves, and degenerative disc disease in my back that impacts my legs and feet sometimes. I know many customers have similar issues to these, and we shop Zappos because we can't find what we need elsewhere, PLUS, Zappos' wonderful return and customer service policy. Anyway, I tried these boots out in the heavy snowstorm after having just received them - perfect timing! They are warm, more flexible and lighter than most boots. The insole is pretty good, but I'll likely use my own. No real pain from the boot during the long commute. I do wish they were a little higher up on the leg, but then they likely wouldn't fit my wide calves (that's always a problem). I will say that I am normally an 8.5B or 8W, but I the size that fit me best was 9.5B - a whole size larger than I normally wear. Glad I listened to other reviews, because they run quite small. I tried the 9B, and my toe touched the tip of the boot. I'll be sending the 9B back. I ordered the Coal color, and am pleased that it's more updated and modern than a boring black boot. Give them a try because you'll stay dry and warm and comfortable!

I really love these, but my toes feel slightly cramped. I thought of going up a size, but I already feel like my foot is sliding forward, and has too much room in the heel. Maybe they just require some breaking in

I typically wear a 6.5 or 7 in most shoes. I purchased a pair of Sorels last year and got a 7 so I purchased these in a 7 as well. These were incredibly small. I couldn't even get my foot all the way into the show. Unfortunately by the time I returned these shoes the black was sold out. As far as the look of the black pair I thought they were gorgeous. I wish I would have purchased these in and 8. I think they would have worked.

This boot has some positives but not the ones that I need as an almost 70 year old who wants plenty of support and traction. They are good looking, very lightweight and not bulky at all, very soft and immediately comfortable on the inside (after you discover that you need to go up ONE whole size from your normal boot or athletic shoe size) . The problem for me is that there is absolutely NO ankle support at all. The material is so flexible and gives so much, I would be concerned about stability on snow packed or icy sidewalks in Minneapolis. So I'm returning this in favor of a boot by Salomon which has a lot of support and excellent traction.
I'd also recommend:

I received the size 10 I ended up ordering, and although they fit lengthwise, the main body still felt on the narrow side, while the heel was loose. I also felt like my feet looked huge (I normally wear a 9). I probably would have kept them because they are cute and I've not had a lot of luck cute, casual, low-heeled, waterproof boots--but the lacing put pressure on my upper ankle where I have chronic pain. So, it's back to the drawing board, and I'll look for booties that aren't lace up.
Thank goodness for Zappos' return policy, since I've gone through a lot of boots this Fall in my effort to find something comfy/cute.

Really wanted to like this boot, but it’s just too narrow and runs 1 size small. Am an 8 and ordered a 9. Boot was snug and way too narrow. You may love this if you have narrow feet, otherwise look for another boot.

I love the look of these boots. I marked this a three stars though because I am unable to wear them…the box contained two right boots, and unfortunately since I don’t have two right feet I can’t give a higher score. ?.

Like the reviews, I feel these run extremely small. I even sized up a whole size, and they were still too small. I went with another style in Sorel (Tivoli) and love them. I still had to size up a 1/2 size those as well.

Cute but not warm. I was looking for a lightweight lower boot for sledding & sadly these did not do. After about 1-1/2 hours of up & down the hilll my toes were quite cold. back they go & the search continues. I have a pairs of tall Joan of article with fur that are at old & I wanted something that was lower & lighter.

I have been wearing these mostly to and from work until today when I took them sledding with my kids. I couldn't get up the hill when my kids and husband could. These soles are not grippy at all. I was slipping and sliding all over the place. While they are cute and comfy, they aren't great for this kind of activity. Kind of disappointed for the price.

I bought these last winter and love them- super comfortable and keep my feet warm BUT the liner ripped a couple weeks ago. I can probably take them to get fixed but for the price, I wouldn't expect this kind of quality. Disappointed!

I purchased these for my two trips to Colorado this year. I normally wear a women's size 11 and I'll always have some room to move my toes around without touching the end of the shoe, but not in these. My toes were scrunched right to the end. I'm disappointed because they are super cute to run around in the snow.
