I bought a pair of these last year on sale at a ski resort but they were too small (last pair available -- I took a chance because they run big). I was excited to buy them this year. Same great fit but I preferred last year's decorative details with smaller metal loops and horizontal seam across the foot. However, they are still comfortable and don't make my feet look huge. NOTE THEY DO RUN A HALF SIZE BIG. I usually take a European size 41 or American 10.5 but took a 10 in these.

I love the style, it's so sexy. The boot is a tad big but hopefully thick socks make a difference

I bought these after seeing them on a friend. As I love the look of the boots, my right boot is very uncomfortable in the toe area. There's a dent on the top of the toe area that rubs on my big toenail. Currently trying to overstuffed the boot to try n stretch the toe area.

Look...they are ok that's what they are Do they look good? They do except for the laces. Inserts come out after 2 wears. All in all...eh.

I bought the kettle color because the picture looked like a light brown/tan. Well, they are definitely not! They are a bluish green. So disappointed. Love the style, hate the color.

Great quality - great look . Just not as comfortable as I was hoping for the price .

This the second pair of these I've ordered. First I got them from another website and the "elk" that I ordered was a flat tan color with no contrast stitching. I was assured by Sorel that the ones they have match the photo and they don't. This isn't a difference in computer monitors. It's not even close. So sad because I love these boots but my 4-year-old pair is really worn out. Still giving it three stars because I'm obsessed with this style and I'm hoping I can get a color that works for me.

These are super comfortable and a quality product, however they're not colored anything like the picture. These are a single tone, not two tone mossy green. Picture color definitely doesn't match :(

I have 3 pairs of the Sorel Joan Of Arctic Wedges and I wanted a pair in black so ordered these. The Arctic Wedge II are a lot different than the originals. The leather feels different, cheaper and I don't like the bottom of the boot. The boot in its entirety feels cheaply made...which is a shame because the original boot was wonderful. I hope they go back to the original design.

I've had these boots for one year and I love them, but beware of the shoelaces. They are hanging by a thread and I was told they do not send replacement laces. Unfortunately I will not ever be purchasing a pair of Sorels with laces again. For an expensive boot, I'd hope for better quality.

I bought my first pair in Dec 2015, so far I've used them almost everyday for the past 3 years (winter AND summer) and all I can say is that they were stylish, comfy and durable. A couple of days ago, one of the soles started coming apart from the shoe, so they had to be replaced, ASAP, since temperatures are cold and snow is on the ground. At first I honestly didn't think too much about it, it was just a matter or reordering and they were the same style, right? WRONG! the design has changed considerably...they no longer carry the long shoelaces that I used to love, the sole looks different for some reason, the eyelets from the hooks are gone, and then the line at the front is gone as well. To make things worse, the leather feels different and even the quality of the laces. I'm on the fence about recommending these, I used to swear by the old ones, but these ones are just not as good. PLEASE bring the old style back; I'm gonna keep these because I seriously do not have time now to look at alternatives, but I dont think they'll last as long and when the do give in, I won't be buying any sorel's if the quality does not return to its former glory.

I love the style and comfort of these boots; I just wish the shaft was shorter! It's a super awkward height. I'm 5'2" and the amount I I have to roll up my skinny jeans with these just makes me look shorter, plus the over look is off for us short girls! I wish these came in the PDX shaft height.

I love the look and feel of this boot, but coming from the las d of ice and snow it is somewhat impractical! There has been a lot of ice in my location this year and you don't want to step,on any wherein get this boot. Very slippery!
