Loved this look so much I just had to have them! I ordered a half size larger (usually an 8, ordered an 8.5) and they fit perfect. The waterproofing is awesome. Mine have a distressed look and I've worn them 4 times. I have the black pair, and though they are waterproof my toes have absolutely froze each time in 30degree weather which I found to be quite a bummer and the reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars. Comfortable as can be, until my toes feel frozen solid within an hour. I actually think my Chelsea wedges are warmer. Hope this helps!!

These boots are super cute and will pair well with jeans or leggings. I would recommend sizing up a half size. I am a size 9 and ordered my normal size. These boots will be narrow for someone with wider feet and I will not be able to wear normal socks. My toes are almost touching the front of the shoe without socks on. I don't want to deal with the hassle of returning so hopefully these stretch a bit after some wear.

I was really excited to get these boots partly because of what I thought the Elk color would be. I don't dislike the color they actually are, just disappointed that the advertising was misleading. The color in the picture made me believe they more of a darker camel-almost chestnut color. Maybe they look like that when wet??? In real life they strongly resemble the more sandy, khaki color of official army boots. Again, it's still a nice color just not what I thought Mac I selected. I might be exchanging them for the Burro color, haven't yet decided. On the positive note, I'm a huge fan of Sorel boots. I've had my Cate the Great boots for over 8 years and for 4 of those years wore them almost every day in the snow during winter. They are still in great shape, just have a worm heel from my supination. I look forward to wearing these boots because the quality still appears to be very good and the fit is fantastic for my wide, slightly flat feet. The feeling of the heel is almost not even noticeable because of the fit.I would give the boots 5 stars if not for the misleading color advertising.

I've had my wedges for 1.5 years and I love them so so much. So much, in fact, that I wore them probably 7 days out of every 10, year round. For MILES. Just recently I realized this has significantly worsened my bunion, which is starting to give me mild problems. They are SO comfortable, but even the comfiest heeled shoes can worsen bunions! So please, if you're prone to bunions, get the right size, wear heels with moderation, and LISTEN to your feet! You only get one pair for life < 3

Cute style boot and made very well. Color is not like the picture. I bought the Elk color and it appears like a dark brown in the picture but when I received them it was more of a tan camel color. Not what I was expecting but will work for me.

First, I should say that I own Joan of Arctic Wedge II Zip Boot and I REALLY love them. I am traveling to and from France a lot for work and wanted to get a pair of taller boots because of the weather there. I ordered these and stepped out of my standard everything in black zone. The boots are very comfortable and they are very cute, but practical for what I was looking for. The only thing, as some others have mentioned, it is not the color shown on the web site, they are MUCH lighter. So far I am really on the fence about keeping them. They look much better on than when I first opened the box. I might default to my standard black option. However, I wish they would make the color that is shown on the web site.

I absolutely love this boot. 4th pair. My only problem is I ordered the ELK and it's clearly not that color. What I got was a boot that's closer to the ash marked in the ELK box. So disappointed. Really wanted a dark rich colored brown boot. Instead I got something more yellow in color.

Love love the shoes. Super cute and Extremely comfortable, I'm a hairstylist and work long hours and they make the day more enjoyable. Only negative I would say is that they don't keep the form as well. As far as around the ankles- they don't stay tight

Classy winter boots! Not super warm but very classy.

This is my 2nd of 3 pairs of Sorel's -all in different styles. These are my go-to pair, as I can wear them with just about anything! As always, super comfortable and great style. They are just a little bigger than the other 2 pair of Sorels I have in the same size, but not enough to where I would send them back. Great on snow and ice. If I had one thing to change about these boots, it would be the laces. I just don't care for how the stick out when you tie them - I prefer something that lays a little flatter, but they are laces and can be changed out, so if that's my biggest complaint, I'd say these shoes rock! Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring -jeans or a dress - these are your all around great wedge boot for every occasion!

The sole is improved from the previous design of the shoe and looks to be even better equipped to keep the water out. One down-side is that the D'rings that hold the laces are a bit chunky and the overall look of the shoe is edgier and street chic than the previous design. I would have like to have seen the original design of the shoe but with the improved foot bed and sole.

Love these boots. Very stylish. I have small feet and it's hard to find women's footwear in my size. So glad they have a size 5

I love this boot- very stylish and comfortable. Boot is stable, so I don't feel like I'm wearing a heel at all. I typically wear a size 6, so ordered the 5 1/2-- even that feels slightly big, but the 5 was too tight. The toe box is slightly small, as I have a wide foot. I improvised by putting a shoe insert in the 5 1/2 and it works just fine.
