Really comfortable, no problems wearing for extended periods of time! The leather was soft and broken in feeling, not super stiff like some other boots I’ve purchased. Love the heel height too!

I bought these in black and they’re beautiful. They were immediately comfortable with no break in period. Despite the high wedge heel, and because of the tread, it is easy to navigate gymnasium bleachers and walk a good distance in the rain; a perfect blend between sexy and practical without trying too hard. Can be worn with skinny jeans and leggings. I’m super pleased with this purchase. Maybe Santa will bring them in a second color.

Sorel, what can I say. It’s an addiction. These are forever and always the best wedge. True to size. Comfortable all day wear. Probably number 10 in my collection. Obsessed with this color, they’re so rustic and only will get better with age. Can’t wait til Covid is over and I can wear them out everywhere

I decided to order the Sorel Joan of Arctic Wedge II boots in Ash Brown to test them out and see if I would like them. This is my first time trying Sorel boots. Well, I LOVE them. The color is the perfect taupe that will go with everything. The leather is stunning. I am a solid size 10 in shoes, and the 10 is perfect for me. These boots are so comfortable and beautiful. I love how I look in these. I have worn them with jeans and with leggings. They look amazing with both. They are not lined, so they are not hot which I appreciate in the Deep South. They are truly comfortable and have a nicely padded insole. I have worn them for hours and hours and done a bit of walking in them with no problem at all. The laces do need to be double knotted to stay tied but look fine that way. I am very happy I ordered them. They are well made and will last for years and years. I told my husband to get used to me in these boots because I am definitely going to get my money’s worth. He loves the way they look on me which is a huge plus. I highly recommend these Sorel boots if you are wanting a comfortable yet edgy boot. These will without a doubt fit the bill.

I got a size 9.5 which is what I wear in basically every shoe. I think they might need to be broken in because they felt tight around the top of my feet. Super cute and I plan to keep them and wear and I think eventually they’ll stretch a bit but the sole of the boots didn’t hurt my feet. They gave me great support and they give you great confidence!!!

These boots are TTS. The 3" heel is amazingly comfortable and easy to walk in. They can be worn with just about everything from jeans to leggings to skirts.

Excellent beautiful shoes! I have been stalking these shoes for close to six months trying to talk myself out of needing them. I finally folded and bought them. They are just as beautiful as expected. The leather is soft and supple. I wore them for a 12 hour shift the first day I got them (I manage a restaurant so I’m on my feet all day). I brought back-up crocs just in case but never needed them. The tow box felt a little snug when I first put them on, but by the end of day one, they were fine. Seriously lovely.

I am in love with these boots!! Worn them to NYC for 3 days, even ran a few blocks trying to get to a broadway show on time and they felt great!!!

WOW WOW WOW - I am so glad I trusted all the reviews on this shoe. I live in New England and sometimes get caught loosing my style and when I went shopping locally everything was so blaaaa.....These boots are waterproof - wore them last weekend in a snow storm and still managed to look adorable when we went out to dinner. Because they are a wedge it can dress up your outfit and still serve its purpose. I purchased a size 8 - which is my normal size. I also wore these all day long and my feet were never sore - I wish I found these sooner. YOU MUST PURCHASE THESE!!!!

Love the color! I bought olive and it looks so good. Wore them for a full day of walking right out of the box and the only problem was that they rubbed my leg raw at the top edge. I should have worn taller socks. My fault, new shoes. Super stylish.

I’m 57 and love these shoes. I have a high instep and arch. It’s hard to find heeled boots that don’t cut into the top of my foot. These are perfect. They have great cushion insoles too. I wore them out of the box that day for a few hours and my feet did not hurt!!! Sorry for the PJ photo. I love these shoes

Never put on a shoe that fit and felt good as these shoes.

I have a love / hate relationship with higher heeled shoes and boots. I love the way they look, but hate the way they hurt my feet. Blisters are a given when I buy new shoes, and being on my toes makes my feet hurt for days. Reason I mention all of that is because when I say that these shoes are an absolute dream, that's not something I say lightly. On the first wearing, I walked more than 2 miles during the work day. I won't say that it felt like I was wearing clouds on my feet, but these are most definitely the most comfortable shoes / boots that I've worn at work. The heel height is great, yet it didn't feel like I was on my toes at all. My weight is well distributed across the entire bed of the shoe. I also did not have a single blister. One of my feet has significant overpronation, and the other one is moderate. The lace-up style kept my feet secure and you couldn't see the overpronation at all. These will also stand up well to our Minnesota winters. I was so pleased, I came back to Zappos that night and ordered them in another color. Huge thanks to all of the other reviewers out there; without you, I'd have been too afraid to try this heel height. Think I'll go take a nice walk now in my stylish footwear!

Perfect fit! I live in a snow country (Alaska) where over 6 months are winter. It's hard to find boots that are good looking and anti slippery. When I saw my friend wearing a pair of boots with trendy style and soles as sturdy as a snow tire, I asked her what brand she was wearing. She told me it's Sorel Joan of Arctic WEdge II!! so I found it on one of my favorite websites -- zappos! I was a little concerned about the width (M) and heel height (3") as I normally would not wear such high heels. My friend told me she didn't feel that high of a heel and would wear this pair to work, walk in the snow, etc.. My feet are between medium and wide. But these boots only come in m in width, but they are very comfortable! The heel doesn' feel that high because of the 3/4' platform. So it's equivalent to 2&1/4" heel. Overall, after trying them on for about an hour and walking around the house, I love these boots!

I Suffer from plantar fasciitis and was a little concerned about being able to wear this boot. It’s fashionable, oh so comfortable and does not aggravate my plantar fasciitis. I love that it’s a heel also. I would definitely Recommend this book to anyone.

Worth. Every. Penny. Comfort: Bought these shoes for trip to Argentina. I walked 7.93 miles around the city the first time I ever wore them. Feet are blister free and don’t hurt any more than they did walking 5 miles in my ultra boosts the day before (i.e. normal walking long distance ‘hurt’). Great shoe for sightseeing or just hanging around. Warmth: 54 degree day and after a while my feet did get a little chilly wearing normal socks. I am able to wear thicker socks if I needed to. Advice: If you’re on the fence just buy them, you won’t regret it.

This is my 3rd pair of these. I absolutely LOVE them! They are super comfortable and easy to walk in- I could literally hike in them because of the traction and stability of them. I have them in black (2 pr) and the beige color. Highly recommend!

Guys this shoe is amazing. Everyone should own a Sorel. No joke. I just think its so amazing that you can find a shoe that is actually cute AND comfortable. Like you don't have to get some weird looking Born shoe to be comfortable (sorry Born lovers). But for real, I am all about dressing cute. But I'm also all about comfort and I strive to live a healthy lifestyle. So I'm big into walking. I like to take extra steps in my day because it all adds up. So my motto is my shoes should not limit my life but allow me to do all the things I want to do (and I still want to look cute while I do them). So this is why I love Sorel. I literally can walk ALL DAY long with these shoes. I get compliments on them all the time. Not only are they EXTREMELY functional, they are super cute. Guys, if you are on the fence, just make the investment and get them. I promise you won't be disappointed. In fact, you'll wonder why you didn't buy them sooner.

Beautiful and comfortable! Tons of compliments and looks awesome with jeans or yoga pants or whatever! definitely worth the price (and the tread on the bottom is AWESOME).
