I ran in the Bondi 3, 4, and 5. I enjoyed them all, but the 6 os way too mushy and extremely narrow. I ordered half size up, and still cannot dial in the fit. Too heavy and clunky to run in and to mushy to walk in.

This was my first introduction to Hoka shoes. As a avid runner (25-35miles per week), I purchased these shoes to use for running on the road and track. During my initial runs the shoe was great, after a week of running the shoe started to felt uneven/unstable on my ankles (inward slant). The plush of the shoe began to cause a lose in stability, which affect my ability to run at an increased paced. I had initial raved about the comfort, fit and the shoe's heel durability comparable to my previous running shoes, but now disappointed.

I bought a few pairs of the Bondi 4 versions; these were great shoes and I wish I had more of them. When I bought version 6, I had the same issues I did with Arahi 3 and 4; the style change performed on the soles from version 2 has given me issues and I miss the old style soles. I wish you guys would go back to that style of soles as those did not give me issues with ankle injuries, blisters, and other issues that resulted from whatever changed from Arahi 2 to the 3 and 4, as well as Bondi 4 to 6.

I bought a pair of Bondi 5 wide fit right out of school. They lasted me 2 years (a year longer than I should've worn them I know but I was a broke nurse) until the sole started to separate. By the time I was looking to replace them, the new 6 series was out. I picked up a pair of these and they didn't make it 4 months before a hole opened in the fabric and the sole started to separate out, DESPITE being treated far better. Additionally, the width seems to have narrowed even for "wide" shoes when they designed the 6. I was waiting for the 7 series for double wide (see actually wide) but the selection is decidedly monochromatic as well. I had such high hopes for these.

Comfortable heel but not much relief from lower foot pad discomfort. Nice shoe but very overpriced .

Not an 'avid' runner and still after 14 months they are falling apart. When they held up they were great, but obvious the value, price, and final deliverable leave something to be desired.

The fit and size were great. The mesh material tore in 3 places in the first 5 months of wearing them. Sending back to see if I can get them covered under warranty. Never had an issue with the Bondi 5 before. Still have them and it’s been over 2 years and not a single tear.

The shoes up front were good walking sneakers. I have had them for 4 months and now have a toe hole. My former sneaker NB 990v5 never had that issue. I did have to replace the inner sole on the NB. Due to my issue I couldn't recommend them unless you plan on purchasing a new paper ever 3 months.

After wearing the shoes for about eight weeks they began to squeak as I walked around the hospital transporting patients. They still have good feel but the noise from the soles became too much. I still wear them during outdoor activities such as lawn care.

I am sorry to say that I am done with Hoka One One because of the narrow fit. I am a woman who can wear a C width in ladies' sandals, but even a men's EE is too narrow in the Bondi 6. I love the cushioning of the Bondi, but I won't wear a shoe that is too tight across the metatarsals. Epic fail.

I only use on a treadmill set at 7 degrees and 4.3 speed. The interior (silk ?) rips apart. My first pair lasted 2 1/2 months and my last pair started ripping in 24 days. I power walk five miles every morning. I just returned them yesterday in hopes of replacing with a shoe with a tougher lining, or get my money back. Shoe's very comfortable, fits great, but inferior lining causes blisters in no time.

I loved the Bondi 5 so much I bought two pair! Without hesitation I bought the 6 as soon as they came out. Incredible shoe but on left and right shoe the knitting tore away from the cushion creating holes after only 6 months of use. Highly disappointing bc the shoe felt great. Short life, hoping for stronger stitching in the 7's.

I read so many reviews and watched videos about this show. Many mentioned that if you had a wide foot this shoe would be too narrow. I have a narrow to medium width foot and this is still too narrow for me. I don't know how narrow of a foot Hoka thinks people have but this shoe is not comfortable at all.
The reason is due to the edge of the midsole foam leaves a pressure point at the edge of my arch. I have ran 2 times in this shoe, hoping it would break in a bit. After a total of 12 miles, there is no sign of breaking in. The pressure from the edge of the midsole foam is still there.
I have worn these for a few days, just for walking around in an attempt to break in the foam a bit.
I've completely removed the insole, which has improved the situation slightly.
The maximum distance I would run in these shoes would be about 8 miles. They only way they are tolerable is if I apply moleskin to my instep. I bought the Bondi 6 as a long distance training shoe for 10-20 mile runs in preparation for an upcoming marathon. I was hoping to wear them for the marathon event also. At this point, I don't see that happening. I'm on the search for a replacement high mileage trainer.
For a point of comparison, I have a pair of Hoka Rincon shoes, which had a similar issue initially, but after a couple of 3 mile runs they did begin to feel better.

I loved women's bondi wide until 6 cane out so narrow in the toe box. Please make wider like the wide bondi 4 & 5. Love cushin but not wide enough anymore. Very sad.

I bought this shoe for running on pavement, however, they were too plush for my feet that it was so unstable on every stride. On top of that, my feet were always sore after a run and the next day my legs were in pain. They are comfortable though for walking which I think is the only pro for the Bondi 6.

I was really looking forward to these shoes. They were recommended by my podiatrist. However, they do not work for me. My arches must be too low because the mid-sole/arch area is extremely uncomfortable for me. I also did not like the way the shoes rock from heel to toe over the mid-sole. I wore them for 2 hours with my orthotic inserts. Now my feet and lower legs are very sore. Unfortunately, I am having to return them for a refund.

What's great about it is the extra cushion on the bottom. What's bad is I keep getting sores on the back of my heels when I run.

Product is not as plush as the fabric version and it wears very fast. After walking 50 miles the sole is severely worn in the heel and metatarsal areas. Bondi 5 was substantially more durable. Very disappointing since cushioning hasn' t improved . Wouldn't recommend it to anybody walking on average 5 miles a day.

With the thick sole, I thought these would be super cushy. They were not. They actually felt a bit stiff.

This is my 4th or 5 th pair of Bondis. I obviously like them but I am getting tired of the weight. I want Hoka to reduce the weight to make the perfect max cushioned shoe. Just take the Rincon at 6.98 oz. for a mens
8.5 and add 5 to 6 mm more of "stack" to the bottom. BOOM ! Now you will have the best max. cushioned shoe in the industry. The Rincon is stable enough for a neutral shoe so why not just add some more to the stack and call it the Bondi 7.
