I love the look of these boots & I think they would be a good bootie for out & about running errands. They are just too wide for my foot. Sorry to have to return them.

Shoes fit true to size, with nice wriggle room at the toes. But they felt stiff, I didn’t want to take the chance of having to break them in....or not.

I found the boots a bit too snug so I would order a half size up next time. I received them with a scrape mark on the suede top of the foot. One foot was too narrow so I had to return. I can't order a size up because then the other foot will be too loose. If they fit right, they seem to be a good boot for rain and such.

Very nice looking boot and I love Keen shoes and boots. This boot however was very large especially in the width. Had to go back.

Usually keens are always wide enough but these felt much more narrow than other styles and were hard to slip on. Over all just not comfortable. The boot itself was cute though, I really wanted to like it!

These fit me oddly. The width was ok in the front but the top was cut so low it pressed on my feet and toes. The heel was so wide, it felt like it would slide off. Because of the odd fit, changing socks or sizing up or down wouldn’t work. Visually speaking, they looked big on me and not so cute as the photos.

I was looking for a cute pair of boots to wear out to play in the snow with my kids once or twice a year when we go to the mountains. These were comfortable and easy to throw on, but would totally not work as play in snow boots. The ankle cuff was super loose and oddly oval shaped with no way of reducing. I would say these are better for fashion, light snow wear.

Although there’s plenty of space in the boots, they’re extremely difficult to put on because of the stiffness at the back of the heel

My husband told me these boots looked hippie-ish. I liked them but was not 100%. My heel slipped when I walked so maybe a size down would help. I found the elastic scratch against my skin when I walked if I didn't have high socks on. Only comfortable with tall socks. I returned and will keep looking for something a bit more comfy and stylish.

I returned this boot. It was very bulky and rubbery, not what I was looking for. Size 8, my usual, was too big.

No arch support sent them back

With much regret these are being returned. I need a wide toe box, particularly on my right foot, and these were about right, but the heel was much too wide and loose, there was far too much slippage with every step. The stye was great, not a soft leather, a bit stiff, but probably with wear would have softened.

I love the look of these but the heel was huge and the heel was just high enough that I felt like I was leaning forward so they're going back.

I really like these boots but the elastic on one boot lost its elasticity after just a few days wear. Very disappointed.

Fit well but look ugly.
