Bought this for a Midwest visit and it was perfect! Kept my feet warm during the cold weather and I recommend to get a size up! I usually wear a size 7.5 and decided to get bought the 8 and 8.5 to be on the safe side. So with normal socks the 8 is perfect but if you need to wear thick socks then a 8.5 is the better option.

These booties are AMAZING!!!!! So comfortable right out of the box!! I ordered the brown and the gray ones and was going to decide which ones to keep... but they are both sooooo great that I’m keeping both :)

The size 9 (my usual size) was comfortable right out of the box and there was plenty of room for my toes, the toe box is nice and wide. They can be worn with thin or thick socks without my feet slipping or being crushed. I have worn them several times and they have kept my feet warm and dry. A shoe horn comes in very handy since having a high arch can mean a bit of work getting these boots on.

Absolutely love these boots! Easy to get on, great cushioning, very comfortable! Keep feet warm as well. Nice tread for traction and stylish.

The fit & size were great as usual with Keena for my feet. The insole is extra cush, very comfortable. These are quite warm given that the lining is not very substantial. The boots are a little bit more clunky than I pictured but I wear size 11 so there are not many boots that don’t look a little clunky on me.

Great for snow or rain. Very comfortable!

Just got the Keen boot. Feels good, looks good. I cannot speak to the waterproof aspect until this weekend when our rain returns.

I bought these specifically for slushy days when the slush is higher than my Merrill low cut rain shoes. They do the trick. I can wear winter socks with my normal size 6.5 boots and keep warm despite little to no winter lining. They do not slip on a 5 mile road walk, and the traction is pretty good too. They aren't the most stylish boots, but they are adequate for shopping around town and most importantly they keep my feet dry.

These boots are amazing! Sooo comfortable! Cushy soles and plenty of room to put feet in, easy to pull on. Love the style and shape. Not too winter boot like, these are more streamlined instead of being bulky. I have wider feet and typically order a wide in most shoes. These were perfect for my feet! Love them!

These run large- sent them back and ordered the nine, my feet were swimming in them. They were comfy and easy on, easy off. They were more rubbery-looking in real life than in the pics.

These were way too big but I have a petite foot. They were kind of heavy. Sent them back.

I am sure this would be a very comfortable and useful shoe if it fit properly. It's way to big, especially the width and slides off the heel. I did not care for the style. It looks like old time galoshes.

I have narrow feet and usually wear 8m. These are my first Keens and they are about half size bigger. My heels slips when i walk. But, with boot socks they are good. I wore them to work on a rainy day and they were comfy enough.

I really liked these. They ticked my boxes except the insole. It is really cushy, but zero arch support. Still I can replace with my orthotics. They are cute and comfy. I ordered in a 6.5 (my usual size, except sometimes I have to go down with Keen). I switched them for a 6.0. Fit great and had every intention of keeping them... until I realized that they charged me more for the size 6 than the size 6.5. Zappos, you are so wonderful. What happened? I didn't think it was fair to pay more for a different size so I am returning them on principle.

I wear a size 8 and ordered size 8. It fit in the toe area but the heel was too big for me. I lived the style, it was just what I was looking for. Returned because my heel slipped up and down, even with my thickest hiking sock.

I always go up a size in Keens because they are usually so short - I maybe didn't need to in these. And they were super wide - I actually had too much space in the toebox, which usually doesn't happen, even with Keens, because I have medium to wide feet in the toes. These aren't "nice" boots, but not super klunky either - they'd be fine walking around a city but you'd definitely be pegged as American wearing them. Prob wouldn't be great for dress up dinner.

I love these boots! They keep my feet warm and dry and look great with my work pants. These are boots to just throw on and run errands and are meant for thicker socks. In my opinion, they fit sort of like Danskos or Birkenstock in that they are loose around the heels and don’t rub! The arch support is moderate and it would need to be more substantial if I’m going to be walking for hours. Otherwise these are great city boots and perfect for work!

Nice boots, well-made, but not a good fit for me. These seemed snug in the front and my heel slipped around in back. But different feet might love them.

I love Keens because they are so comfortable and also well made. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5. Ordered these in a 7.5 and they were really large. I would have exchanged for a size 7, but I thought the style was a bit clunky. Also I had ordered two pairs of UGGs ( W Shala Exotic and W Lorna Boot) that I like better so I'm returning the Keens and keeping the Uggs. I'm ordering boots to wear in Utah.

I love Keen shoes. I have at least 10 pairs of Keen shoes - sandals, flip flops, shoes, boots, I really have something of every type of shoe they make. In all these shoes, I wear a size 7. I bought a 7 in these chelsea boots and they were too big! They were super comfortable, with a very cushiony insole and arch support, but my heel was slipping out of them when I walked. So disappointing. I also thought the circumference was a little too wide for my calves. I do have skinny legs though and I often have problems with boots being too wide. I wanted to try a size smaller in these but they are sold out in the grey color that I got. Bummer! I thought these would be great for just slipping on quickly to go outside, especially walking the kids to the bus stop. They are waterproof so they would also be good in wet spring and fall weather. They don't look overly wintery, no faux fur or anything, so they could be used for other seasons. I never wore these outside since they didn't fit so I can't speak to the warmth of them but they do have insulation. I'm going to keep checking on the size availability because the grey was really the only color that I liked out of all of them.

Really liked these but they are huge on me, especially in the heel. Went down a half size but it's really the heel width that is the problem. They are great otherwise: sturdy, insulated, pull-on. Returning. :(

Really love these. Warm and keep my feet dry. But I've only warn them about half a dozen times and the elastic in the side panels is snapping and looks warped. Very disappointing for such an expensive shoe.
