The ghost 11 feels too wide for me. There doesn’t feel like a lot of arch support. I also don’t like the white sole. I am returning these shoes.

I really wanted to love these, but sadly the insole is way too cushy leaving my foot feeling unsupported. I went back to my favorite Adrenaline GTX for stability and comfort.

I am so disappointed in these compared to the Brooks Ghost 10. These are stiffer, the arch is too high, and they are almost a pound heavier than the 10's. The heel, although looks the same height, feels taller and feels more obtrusive and I felt myself almost tripping on it several times. Very disappointed and I don't know why they changed the 10's.

I wish they were more like the 10s. These felt too stiff. I kept them anyhow to see if I could break them in but nope, no flexibility. Toe box is smaller in comparison to the 10s. Also felt the heel was too high and a lot of pressure goes into my toes when I run.

Very disappointed. I ordered this as a replacement shoe for my Brooks' Ghost 10. I ordered the exact same size, discarded the box & wore the shoes expecting they would fit the same. Never assume. They are at least 1/2 size smaller feeling than my Ghost 10. I would not recommend unless you can try them on somewhere prior to ordering.

I loved my Ghost 10s - after reading the reviews for Ghost 11 - I gave it a try. I could tell right away that these shoes had no arch support and trying to do walks and aerobics would be harmful to my feet. If you like cushiony athletic shoes to wear around the house or to the store - these fit the bill. If you want to do any type of fitness, I wouldn't recommend them.

These hurt my knees.

Super bummed that these shoes were so uncomfortable. I’ve been wearing the ghost shoe since the 8 and have always loved them. I always order running shoes a half size too big, these were right on my toes. A run in these would have been painful. They felt like they had good cushioning, however the sole pressed on a weird spot on the outside of my foot. I’m glad they are back to the flat laces. It’s a pretty shoe, but I’ll have to skip the 11 and grab a new pair of the 10s while they are still selling them.

It was too thick at the top of the tongue and I wear my shoes with orthodics. My current shoes are brooks ghost model so I thought the shoe would be a fit, but it was too tight across my foot st the top of the laces.

I was disappointed with these shoes. After taking them out for a walk-run, they pinched and hurt the balls of my feet. I returned them.

I love my Brooks and it was my first time wearing them. I usually wear size 9 but I did order a half size larger and they were perfect. Like the Brooks better than the usual brand I buy.

I thought they were fine, I wore them around the house and walking around a bit. Then I wore them to the gym and did the treadmill/ elliptical thing and the balls of my feet started to tingle. Weird. It seemed like there was zero support there. Came home, took shoes off, totally fine. My last Brooks style has of course been discontinued but I wore them for 1.5 years (got new insoles) and this never happened.

Ever since Brooks decided to narrow and shorten Ghost 11 I have been disappointed with the company. I decided to order my normal size but in a Wide and the shoes were too wide and too long. Now they have Ghost 12, which are more expensive, and but are shorter and narrower than the original Ghost 11. Many sneakers are like this now, it's called cutting corners. Charge more, use less materials and shrink your shoes, higher profit.

When will manufacturers ever learn to leave well enough alone!!?? I had a pair of Brooks Ghost 11 from last year, and they were perfect! Nice wide toe box. Ordered another pair of Ghost 11 that just arrived, and as soon as I put them on I knew they were more narrow. Sure enough, I still had my old pair and compared them both. The toe box is substantially more narrow (I ordered a medium width) and they are very uncomfortable and are being returned immediately. Too bad, Brooks, you lost a customer by changing your shoe pattern.

I get a wide - I can be medium or wide depending on brand. I wear 7.5 and that’s the same size I get in this sneaker. I am disappointed every Brooks sneaker I own develops a hole after about 1 yr of use. And I keep my toe nails trimmed. And these are the most comfortable sneakers out there - I just wish the mesh was more durable and I a pair actually lasted more than 1 year. Also I don’t care for the colors but that’s just personal opinion.

I paid $120 for these shoes and they are falling apart. This is the first ever pair of Brooks running shoes I have had and I no longer run, so the wear has been just doing normal things in them. The material on the upper part is not resilient or strong. I cannot recommend these shoes to anone.

I have worn the previous Ghost shoes for years, but this pair I had to return. I use orthotics, and at first these cause shoes to squeak. But with a little time and a couple of rounds of powder between the insole and the shoe, this problem always resolves. Except this time it didn't. Despite wearing the shoes for months, powdering and powdering, they squeaked loudly enough that people would turn and stare, and point and laugh. So I sent them back. I suspect the fabric is different. At any rate, although I liked the shoes, they were comfortable and looked great, I felt pretty silly wearing them and squeaking my way through the world.

Had to return these. No support on the side of shoe can see Imprint of toe. Fro t of shoe felt very flimsy.

The lack of virtually any cushioning made this a painful shoe for me - resulting in hip pain while walking that I've never had before (and went away once I removed the shoes). I had purchased both this Ghost 11 and Glycerin 17 and kept the Glycerin it is very nicely cushioned.

They seem like they might be good shoes, but the narrow size is far from narrow. Also, I ordered down a 1/2 size (that's all they had), but they were actually at least a 1/2 size too BIG. Sadly had to return them.

I am SO disappointed with these shoes. I have been wearing Brooks Ghosts for years. I have had 3 surgeries on my knee and looked long and hard for the right shoe for me. Ghosts were the ones until the 11s. Running and walking in these hurt my knee and the balls of my feet. I kept thinking they would get better but they did not. Back to the drawing board. Such a bummer.
