Have worn many generations of Ghost and have loved the flexibility and fit, but the Ghost 11's sizing is a half size too small now and feels like there is too much cushioning. It feels and fits nothing like the previous Ghost gens. Really disappointed. Please, Brooks, go back to old "recipe" for the Ghost especially the 7. Thanks.

These were good for the treadmill during the winter but when I wore them for running the road I got the worst shin splints. Tried them a few times and my legs were killing me. I was surprised these are a road shoe. Wouldn't recommend for running on the street. Keeping these for the gym but won't be wearing them for outdoor runs.

I loved my first pair of brooks and wore them to death! When I finally decided it was time to get a new pair I took the brooks quiz and was told to get the ghost 11, so I did. I've now had them for 4 months and as much as I desperately wanted them to be a good shoe, no matter how I tie them they feel stiff, the toe area is too large and my feet go numb after a couple minutes of running. I'm extremely disappointed as I thought I was investing in a new favorite pair of running shoes.

I have loved the Brooks Ghost for the toe box width & cushioning. However, the Ghost 11 has changed. It is narrower in the toe box and no longer a fit for me. I will wear them around town but no distance walking or running. I got turned onto Ghosts 5 and continued to love them until the 11. I am out to find something that is comfortable again.

The Ghost 10 fit perfect. Thought that the 11' would fit the same. The shoe is too small and I have to return the shoe and find a website that sells Ghost 10 to continue my marathon training, so that I can get the same comfort. Very narrow toe

I'm a fan of Brooks running shoes, and have been wearing them for 5 years. I've been very satisfied with the Ghost line, except with this particular shoe, the Ghost 11. It was was comfortable, but the arch is lacking in support. I have plantar fascitis and flat feet, and the Ghost 9 had excellent arch support. The Ghost 7 were my favorite, the Ghost 8 was good, and the Ghost 9 I liked, but the Ghost 11 was a miss. I wish that Brooks wouldn't make so many changes with their shoes, and I've noticed many other customers feel the same way. ATTENTION BROOKS MANUFACTURER: Please come out with a Brooks classics line, which is a line of shoes that many of the customers love, but you end up changing! You can still sell new shoes with the changes, but hold onto the older designs (classics) that a lot of your customers crave! I think that it would be a very smart marketing move, plus you would retain more of your customer base, too.

Why did Brooks mess with the perfection of the Ghost 10? The 11 (and the 12) has a SIGNIFICANTLY narrower toe-box, and shallower heel pocket. So disappointed.
