They are comfortable.

After many years of Asics i decided to change.Purchased New Balance,big mistake,hard as a rock.Tried another NB,same hard sole.Returned both.Ordered my first ever pair of Brooks,wonderfully comfortable right out of the box.I dont run,i wear only as a comfortable sneaker. Plus i dont believe i should have to break in a running shoe.Im pretty sure ill be very happy with my purchase

Jackpot! My son has really wide feet and the Brooks extra wide was a perfect fit. He had previously worn New Balance but the last pair we tried did not have enough depth in the heel. We tried both the wide and extra wide but only the XW gave him enough coverage on his heel and didn’t hit in an awkward spot. He’s a happy camper and says the shoes feel like pillows on his feet.

I haven’t tried Brooks in a long time. They are really comfortable. I try to get 12,000 steps a day and the Ghost 11 make it a breeze.

I usually buy new balance or ASICS, this is my first time buying brooks and I love them. I put in my own inserts instead of the ones that come with the sneaker. I just started running again And kick myself for never trying Brooks sooner.

These sneakers are great! Got back into running and the soles that came with these sneakers do the trick!

Great shoes and extremely comfortable, but they do seem to run a bit smaller that same sized pair of Nikes.

At first, these shoes felt so comfortable and fit like they were made for my feet—one of those Ahhh reactions. After thinking about it a little, I thought the 12.5 was very slightly too small, but that's the size I wear comfortably in New Balance. I tried a 13, but it was definitely too big. So I kept the 12.5. After a couple of weeks they started to feel less like they were slightly small. I do wear an orthotic in them in place of the Brooks insole. Very comfortable shoe! especially around the ankle, and it has a generous tongue, which some shoemakers skimp on these days. I was not a fan of most of the colors available, but I got the gray with the wine laces/logo. I get a lot of compliments for them. I'm buying another pair.

I’m never disappointed with Brooks. Men have the best colors! The yellow/black/white are probably the coolest looking running shoes. I’m very obvious whilst wearing these kicks. AMAZING colors, and super comfortable. My knees thank you! I love you guys and gals at Zappos. Thank you for your kindness.

The things I really like about this shoe are the cushion, the light weight, great fit and the unbelievably smooth heel to toe transition. I had been an ardent Asics Kayano fan until they destroyed the shoe a couple of years ago with the 23 release. I've been searching for a new extra wide (4E) go to running show ever since and I found it in the Ghost 11.

I am very happy with my new Brooks Ghost 11's. I have worn Ghosts for many years and they are just perfect for me. The only part of the experience for me that was disappointing was in customer relations. I had looked on your website for these shoes a few weeks back and received a promotional discount to purchase. I was then called out of town unexpectedly due to an elderly relative becoming ill and didn't act on the purchase in a timely fashion. When I did want to purchase the shoes, I had discovered that the promo discount had expired. I called customer service and the person (I did not note the name) was able, after some time waiting on the phone, to re-extend the offer, which I greatly appreciated. However, they told me, to the effect, not to expect to be able to get a promotional offer in the future because I had not acted promptly on this offer. I thought that was a rather harsh message. I have purchased from Zappo previously and, although I was happy to have the discount this time, I might not be so fast to purchase from Zappo in the future. The experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

This is my second pair of Ghost 11s. I walk 5 miles a day and have had problems with plantar fasciitis. Since switching to the Brooks shoe the problems have resolved. The shoe is light, breaths well and has great arch support.

Shoe fits well. Have a very wide foot and the 4E fits great. This is my fourth or fifth pair. I used to only wear New Balance but New Balance kept changing their shoes. The last pair I bought was awful. So, I was on the hunt for a shoe that has a lot of stability and support (have heel spurs). This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have tried. I do tend to wear them out fairly quickly, usually need a new pair every 3-4 months.

I purchased these shoes for my husband. He has never worn brooks shoes before. He fell in love with them as soon as he put them on!! He said his feet never felt so good!

True to size, great support and really good for wide feet. Can't lose with this one!

For and size were perfect and my feet no longer hurt when I run because there is great arch support. I will be a return customer! 5/5 stars!!

Thank you Brooks for making wide sizes and thanks to Zappos for stocking an ample variety. I use these solely for workouts which includes 45 minutes on the treadmill. My feeling is that these shoes support me better while jogging than power walking. On my first wearing, I did feel some shin splints while power walking on an incline. However, I didn’t have any issues after a slight break in. I love my Addidas Boost’s, but they don’t come in wide sizes. It’s nice that the edge of my foot doesn’t extend over the base of the Brooks. What I’m trying to say is that these shoes look and perform better for a wide foot.

These shoes fit/feel incredible. I wore them for half a day straight out of the box. Great support. I’m flat footed so my orthotics fit in nicely. I may officially be a Brooks guy now.

Like the fit, color, support... lightweight. Nice cushion and bounce. Sturdy tread. Arch support just pronounced enough to keep your ankle in the cradle. Brooks stands apart. Awesome

Love these Ghost 11 shoes. Took them right out of the box to the gym and my feet felt great after the workout. Quite a change from the shoes I was wearing. Fit perfectly. Felt comfortable and lightweight. First pair of Brooks shoes. No hesitation buying them again.
