These are amazing shoes that are great for our morning hikes!

I go through a half dozen brands and models trying to find other options. It seems as though I alwyas end up back with Brooks. The quality is great, the comfort and fit excellent. My only gripe is that I am a fan of bright colored shoes, but when you get into aize 14 you get blue/gray/black. Would love a neon yellow. No one could miss me with size 14's in neon yellow coming their way!

Great looking and fitting shoe right out of the box. Wear a 10.5 in this shoe while dress shoe is 9.5.

Excellent shoes! I do not do a lot of running but am on my feet and moving a lot for work. These are very comfortable and supportive, not to mention breathable. I will likely be getting a second pair for the times is do jog or run. Bought the EE width as I wear custom orthotics. These Brooks fit them better than any other athletic shoes I have owned. Would highly recommend!

Like these- typical 7.5 in shoes, but these I need an 8. Light and comfy

Always happy with Brooks Ghosts shoes. They were a life-saver after dealing with plantar fasciitis a few years ago. These particular shoes have been fantastic. Zappos always seems to be cheaper than any local store. The shoes are not cheap but comfort is worth the cost.

These are the most comfortable running shoes out of the box that I have eve used! I’m a big guy, 6’4” 250# and where a size 15EE. These are great high cushion shoes for such runners! I also love the face that Zappos carries this size in a Black on Black colored shoe!

I've worn Ghosts for years, this one takes the cake for both style and comfort! Amazing shoes. As perfect as you can get. Please don't change it Brooks.

Great running shoe. My only concern is that the heel cup feels a little looser than my Asics.

Nicely done, Brooks! Great support, and durability, yet lighter and less clunky than the Ghost 10. Loved my ghost 10’s but they pale in comparison to the 11’s.

For me, buying shoes can be extremely time consuming and frustrating. I have a neuroma (nerve issue) in both feet and finding shoes that don’t aggravate the neuroma is challenging. Often times, I’ll find a shoe that feels good on my left foot, but not my right foot – and vice versa. I need a shoe with enough space in the toebox to give my toes room to spread, so I’ve tried several shoes in a wide width, but typically they have too much mid-foot volume, resulting in a sloppy overall fit. Anyway, the Ghost 11 in a wide width (2E) is the shoe that worked for me; it provided additional room in the toebox, but still fit well through the mid-foot area. I found this to be true of other Brooks models as well. Since shoe fit and comfort is subjective, other neutral running shoes that didn’t work for me, but were comfortable, are the Brooks Glycerin, Saucony Triumph ISO 5 and New Balance 880 v9.

Best running shoe I ever bought, and I've used numerous brands. Have put in over 700 miles in these shoes in about 8 months. Ran numerous races including two full marathons and several halves... Shoe has ample wear on the sole, upper still intact, and feels like it can go for another 100 miles. Feels very comfortable, breathable and cushy. I bought size 12 EE for wider toe box (my dress shoes are size 10.5). The bigger size also allowed me to replace manufacturer's pad inserts with two athletic pads, one on top of the other, made by Dr. Scholl's. My aim was to cushion my landing as much as possible and still achieve a bounce. I have no injuries, no shin splits, even after those grueling training runs of 18 - 24 miles every weekend. I would say that those inserts are largely responsible for its lasting comfort. I will replace with same model.

This is my third pair of Brooks. I don't run. Well, only when chased. I just have miserable feet. To clarify: I am a woman who is blessed/cursed with super wide feet. And bunions. I buy mens Brooks (7 EE) because they fit and they are super comfy right out of the box. Only drawback: they somewhat lack personality. But hey. I'll take it.

Great shoe. Unlike other tennis shoes, size and width were what you expected.

This is a comfortable shoe for walking. Thank you Zappos for carrying narrow shoes! This shoe runs a little wider than previous Brooks shoes I have worn.

These fit perfectly

This is my 3rd pair of ghost 11s and it is my go-to running shoe (until the ghost 12). They are comfortable, they last and the best neutral shoe I have run in.

I have a hard time buying running shoes for one reason: I have weird pinky toes that kind of rise up and then angle in. It means the knuckle on my pinky toe rides high in the shoe and, when running, can be chafed against. A wide toe-box and a flexible fabric against my left pinky toe is KEY. If you have this weird physiological structure, you'll know what I'm talking about. The Ghosts work well for me but I had a hard time sizing up and down to find the right one. I'm a M9.5 most of the time, but to get room for my freak toe I wound up going with a 10.5EEE and __I AM HAPPY__. I've now done 5 runs in these shoes and am happy. I had been using minimalist or barefoot shoes for the last several years, so this is my first shoe with substantial cushion in a while and I'm not hating it. After two pairs of Newtons, I'm not seeing any future where I'm not running in Brooks.

Love this shoe! This is the only running shoe my husband can find that he loves. Very comfortable and has good cushion. There are a lot of different colors to choose from.

I LOVE these shoes! I'm not a runner, but I use these for walking my dog about 3-5 miles per day and they are absolutely wonderful. I normally wear 10.5-11's so based on the other reviews, I ordered 11 2E Wide and they fit perfectly. These shoes are very comfortable, provide excellent grip in wet conditions and they look great. Very happy with them and I highly recommend them!
