This is the first pair of Brooks I’ve sent back. I have a narrow foot and they just felt too wide for me.

These fit fine and are nice looking. They are a slipper type of sneaker. I wanted them for working out on a treadmill, etc. so I returned because they didn't really support my foot. They'd be great and comfortable for general walking, errands, etc.

Loved the look of these but when I put them on, I loved them far less. Running in them was no better. At first, it felt fine but after several minutes my ankle socks would be half way off my heel making it not only uncomfortable but also annoying because I'd have to stop my run to pull them back up. I run exclusively in Brooks so I will try again with a different pair. Hated these.

These fit true to size and felt comfortable for the first 8-10 times I wore them (keep in mind I wear my shoes for 45 min to the gym and run for about 15 min on a treadmill). I was disappointed the spring / support in the insole wore out very quickly. Felt like quality of a $60 shoe not a $120 shoe!

My feet felt claustrophobic in these shoes! I by no means have a wide foot and a 9.5 felt very tight. Returning.

The shoe was very attractive. The 10.5 was too big and the 10 was too small. It also ran wide. So it didn't work for me.

I didn't care for the fit. Heel seemed to sit low and the shoe comes up very high around the ankle.

These shoes felt very stiff to me. They also didn’t feel very “bouncy” like my Brooks Ghost 11 and Adrenaline 16 feel. I have high arches and narrow feet. They did not feel right on them.

Love the look of these, unfortunately though they don't compare to the softness or arch support ghost 11 offers. The heel rubs badly. Bummed because I wish Brooks would offer these colors in other styles. The muted color of pink and black is gorgeous.

These fit well and were very comfortable, the style/color was just not for me.

These looked great but had to return them because they were uncomfortable. The elastic around the back dig into my Achilles and the tongue came up very high in the front. They were also roomier then other same size Brooks that I own. I suppose if you wore high socks it might be ok. They look very nice.

Yikes, very unusual fit for Brooks. They made the foot opening up higher so that tongue and ankle come up so high that it rubs on your bone. I wonder if they're trying to accommodate people with inserts?. If so, Brooks needs to say that. I don't wear inserts. I'm an Avid daily runner and I usually wear Launch but wanted to try the DNA technology and the color was so pretty. I couldn't even wear these around the house. Very painful. Skip these.

It was like walking on a rock. No cushion to speak of. Disappointing because I’ve loved to many Brooks.

I'm a runner and have worn Brooks Launch for years. I loved them but did not like the feel of the new footbed in the last version (Launch 5). In an effort to find a new running shoe I tried this Ricochet model, but they did not work for me. The heel felt cavernous and too deep - the top of the back of the shoe was rubbing up against my ankle when I moved. Also the footbed felt much firmer than the Launch and I think it would be too stiff for longer distances (I typically run half marathons).

I usually buy Ghost running shoes, but since I don't actually run, I thought I'd try the Ricochet to see if they were better as a training shoe. They have a high cuff in the rear which was really irritating on my ankle. They also do not have a lot of support and feel sloppy. I ended up going back to Ghosts, which I should have ordered in the first place, because they fit much better and are more comfortable. Lesson learned.

Too stiff and uncomfortable, especially on the heel area. Nice color though, I like the plain designs without all the patterns. I hope they get back to the launch 3-4 styles and comfort. I would buy more if Brooks would get back to the older launch designs and comfort...

I am huge Brooks supporter but these shows don’t even feel like Brooks. There was no arch supports and my feel ached so bad after just a few hours of wearing them. I tried to wear them again to give them a chance and it was the same exact feel. It was almost like I had walked on a hard concrete floor all day I am very disappointed in these shoes and unfortunately I’ve worn them twice and now can not return them.

These are decent but I don’t like the tongue-too big. Just not that comfortable, so I returned.

I loved the look, but that was about it. They run very small. These just didn't work for me. I ended up going with a pair of Rykas.

Love these shoes but they're a little narrow and were more uncomfortable than expected. They also seem a little heavy. They're going back.
