Love this shoe! Just started wearing Brooks in the last year due to a friend's recommendation after having some foot pain with my NB & other brands. This is my second pair of Brooks and they're great. I also like the sleek design of them... I bought the black pair with the silver-ish soles (not a big fan of a lot of color on my shoes since I wear a size 11) and got compliments on them the first day I wore them. I ran 3 miles in these and have done a bootcamp in them and no foot pain... yay! Definitely recommend.

Swear they make me run faster. Great shoe.

I love these because they’re unique and still neutral. Match everything my wardrobe. I found myself wanting to wear my running shoes all the time so I looked for a nicer color and found this. Love them and Brooks Never lets me down.

I love this shoe and I'm willing to pay the premium price it commands. I find it incredibly comfortable for all exercise - running, walking, cross-training. The Levitate 2 runs a bit longer (in my opinion) than the original Levitate. In the original I felt I needed thinner socks but this version can accommodate the more padded ones I prefer. It gives a nice bounce and supports my arches. I can over-pronate and tend towards shin splints but I do not have these issues when I wear the Levitate 2. Also, whereas I needed to buy a wider width in previous Brooks shoes, the woven material accommodates my wider feet and there's nothing to rub against my bones. Personally I love the metallic base. I do wish the color combinations were more harmonious - some of the early versions of the 2 were pretty ugly. The more recent colors are better.

I love my new Black and pink Brooks....the pink bedazzles me. Of course, they are a dream comfort Cinderella shoe whose perfect fit glides me through a 12+ hr stint in the ER. I never have aches, pains or sore and swollen feet...just bragging. All the little girls have eyes glued to the pink trim and all the mommies want them.

Beautiful shoe and comfortable but tends to run about a half size to a size small. This is my first Brooks and I was unsure if the sizing would be comparable to Nike or Assics. I found the shoe runs larger than Assics and close to Nike. Another reviewer mentioned a narrow toe box and I agree with this assessment. I have a narrow foot so the shoe works great for me. Very stylish shoe.

I ordered the Ugly Christmas Sweater pattern, so they look every bit as wonderfully obnoxious as I expected, and even came with little jingle bells that can be easily removed if they get too annoying. However, I'm enjoying walking around sounding like I'm being stalked by a house cat. From a running shoe perspective, these are Brooks, so I ordered with confidence that they would fit as they should. The sizing maps from the Glycerins I wear for distance. The Levitates are quite comfortable. They aren't as cushy as the Glycerins, so I'll use them for shorter distances.

I feel so happy when I wear these. The details that went into making these shoes as festive as possible is incredible, right down to the red glitter in the translucent green soles. They’re comfortable and provide a good amount of cushion for road running. I’m planning on ordering a pair of the Levitate 2s in a not so festive color because I love running in them.

Christmas ones are the best purchase I have made for myself in quite some time! They are comfortable for running or other types of workouts (e.g., CrossFit) and just make me happy!

I purchased the “Ugly Sweater” Holiday Levitate shoes. So adorable! Quality-made! Christmas in a shoe, I feel like I could be in a Christmas Hallmark movie every time I wear these...move over Candace Cameron Bure! ;) Perfect fit too! I usually wear an 8 and ordered an 8.

I love the fit and style of the new Levitate. I have the first version and fell in love with them on my first run. This style is definitely 1/2 size smaller with new sock liner which allows me to wear my actual size 9.5. I do require a roomy toe box and these do not disappoint.

This seemed like a comfortable shoe. I walk 3-4 miles most days. I was looking for a shoe to replace my old walking shoe. I normally wear a 9 but buy 9.5 in sneakers. The 9.5 in the Levitate was much bigger. I bought another style of Brooks at the same time in my usual 9.5 and they fit perfectly. I decided to keep those instead of returning and reordering these.

I love these shoes! I had to submit an exchange because the sole started to come loose on one of the shoes. They feel amazing. I love the style and colors.

My 2nd time buying these shoes. Good support and the toe box is nice and wide.

The colors on these are so cute and the shiny soles seem like they will not get as dirty, but time will tell. I checked out several colors and really love the tan with the gold sole. They run a bit narrow and long, but not too much to go down in size. They are very comfortable and cushiony. The heal feels really nice in the shoe, more comfortable than most, however it does tend to tug at the sock. I just make sure to wear socks that stay in place better.

Although I have worn Brooks for years, this is the first time I have worn the Levitate style. I bought this one because of the ribbed opening. The padded opening in the others gets damaged easily. I wear these for regular wear and for walk exercise. So far I like them and am hoping the ribbed area will be the answer for the ankle area opening fabric damage problems of past styles. They feel and walk great!!

This is a great shoe!! I need a little bit more arch support so I removed the insoles replaced with my inserts. I’ve received several compliments on these. I’ve tried the Adrenaline GTS, the Bedlam’s and the Ghost 11. I’m keeping these and the Bedlam’s. Love the run guarantee Zappos offers since I have arthritis, I never know what shoe my feet will do good in. So pleased with this option!!

If you have issues with Plantar Fasciitis, these Brooks are worth a try. I used to love Nike's but the pairs I've tried recently trigger PF and I feel it immediately! After surfing Zappos for hours, based on other reviews I decided to give these Brooks a try but, I'm not sure I'll keep them due to the narrow tight width! I suggest getting 1/2 size larger for sure and if you have wide feet this shoe might not work. Positives: This shoe is extremely sturdy with a lot of arch support but it also has some give. The genius of this shoe seems to be in the sole design. Whatever the material is, it's different from many other popular brands. Firm but cushy and stabilizing. My complaint with this shoe is that it's VERY narrow! I have narrow feet to begin with and always buy Medium width and this shoe still fills a bit too narrow Width-wise. I actually had to adjust the strings to get some slack on the width. It's not as stylish as Nike's but Nike's just don't work for me anymore because, they lack good arch support. I based my purchase on numerous positive reviews. I was going to buy Hoka brand which many swear by but this shoe had more consistent positive reviews. Of course, everyone's different and finding the perfect shoe to fit our needs takes effort and vetting. Shout out to Zappos for their outstanding customer service and free delivery!!

The fit and size was perfect, cushioning very good for impact when running; however, on my first run with them and I had a raw spot rubbed on the back of one heel after 3 miles. I bandaged that foot for my 5K race and found that the other foot developed the same problem. Bottom line, I like the cushion but obviously rubbing my heels raw when I run is a game changer regarding this shoe. I usually wear ASICS gel cumulus but their changes over the last several versions made me decide to find another shoe. The search continues.

I used these shoes for work in health care. I love the design, but the extra cushion with the flexible upper gives too much feedback into the foot/lower leg for me. Consistently after 4 hours of standing/walking, my feet/lower legs hurt. Sadly, returned them.

My first pair of L2. I have 2 pair of Levitate and love them. These seem to run s little big. I would have ordered 1/2 size down. The heel area feels wider than others. Still love them. Hoping they’ll feel good in summer when my feet swell. The color and look is 5 star all the way! I’ve been a long time Brooks fan and so happy to (finally) see some good looking styles and colors!!

I have not worn these yet for the reason I purchased (walking 4 miles per day at a decent pace). I have been trying to decide the correct size. I have tried the Levitate 2 on in a store and I just couldn't get the size to fit. So, I ordered a 9 1/2 and a 10 from Zappos due to their awesome free return policy. After receiving them I was still not convinced. I then ordered a pair of the Brooks Bedlam from Brooks to see which felt better. I did not like the Bedlam at all. It felt like a stiff board and my foot felt claustrophobic in the shoe. I have had 4 pairs of the original Levitate and LOVED them. I had all 4 pairs in a size 10 (my normal size). The size 10 in the Levitate 2 is just too big on my foot. I am not sure if it is the different material around the ankle that makes them feel a bit bigger, but I am going to go with the 9 1/2 and see what happens. Luckily, I have a daughter that wears a 1/2 size smaller than me if these are too small. However, the 9 1/2 feels large enough. We shall see! Thanks Zappos!
