Ran a half marathon after only owning/training in these for a few weeks. I ended up with quite a few blisters during my last few miles, but I believe that was on me. There is a lot less pain in my calves and shins when wearing these. If you run long distances, just keep in mind to break these in.

I have ordered and sent back 3 pairs of ASICS. They’ve been my go-to running shoes for the last 10 years. The quality has gone way down, so I thought I’d try Brooks. I tried these on and the heavens opened up! Wow! These fit like a glove and have cushioning from heel to toe, unlike a lot of other brands I’ve tried. These are pricey, but I just can’t compromise when it comes to running/gym shoes. I think these might be the perfect shoes.

This is my 2nd pair of Levitates and they feel incredible. The energizing cushion is wonderful. I'm not a runner but I do walk 5-10 miles at a time and they do help encourage me with excellent pace and to press on.

Super comfortable and the color is really vibrant in person. Very happy with them!

I ordered these because of the holiday print, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort as well. I normally run in Saucony guides (size 7) and they've gotten me through several half marathons and countless other races. These shoes fit a lot snugger and have a lot more bounce to them and felt a bit off when I tried to run in them, but are super comfy for all day wear. I am a teacher and spend my day on my feet and these shoes have been perfect, plus the kiddos like them too.

These shoes are AMAZING!!! For anyone on the fence because the 1st version of this shoes didn't quit feel right, the improvements have been made! The 1st version left my feet feeling tired, my toes didn't have much room to naturally splay and the foot bed just didn't feel right. The knit upper has fixed the toe box area giving room for happy toes and the cushion in these shoes plus the energize foam and the extra flex in the shoes leaves these feel happy! I wasn't able to purchase the color shoes through Zappos but did find the lime green and blue color on the Brook site. 100% happy with these shoes!

Still undecided. It will be very difficult to cinch up the strings to tighten them, so I don't know how they will be once I wear them for extended periods of time. I have to say, the heels and ankles are cetainly unlike anything I have ever worn by Brooks before. Very comfortable, but extremely odd.

Loved the style and look of this shoe. I usually wear and ankle height sock and that style of this shoe hit a little awkwardly in that area. It was a little too tall for my socks but I did like the design. There's a really great raised border around the inside upper ankle of the shoe. Acted like a curb that kept my foot seated really well in the heel. Haven't seen that before. Really liked it. However, I have an issue with shoes pressing on the top of my big toenails. I guess my toes lift a little higher than average ? Over the course of a day, that slight pressure makes my toes really sore, so I need something that isn't too shallow at the toe. This one still rubbed a bit. Width at the toe was good.

The fit is snug and comfortable. My ankles have been sore after Zumba class, so I'm not sure if there's enough ankle support. Will wear another couple times. Laces are pretty pink However, they are elasticized and may prove flimsy after many pullings to tighten. Shoe is pretty and light-weight, just not sure it is giving enough ankle support.

I have been running in Brooks shoes for many years; the last couple years in Ghost, which is also a neutral shoe. On a whim, I decided to switch from the “cushioning” Ghost to “energizing” Levitate. (Refer to Brooks’ running shoe category descriptions for specific info). This shoe was a disappointment. Although it was comfortable right out of the box, it felt and is heavy, and it did not dry out well after a sweaty run on a warm day. I suspect it’s bottom tread design would also be slippery on wet roads. I live in a rainy climate, however the rainy season has not yet begun, so this is a guess rather than a fact. My biggest issue with this shoe however was that it felt slippery on the inside, especially with the thin running socks I prefer. There was a lot of heel movement for me, although I should mention I do have a rather narrow foot and heel. It’s lacing system does not allow for a runner’s knot. Thank you Zappos for your Runlimited guarantee-back they go after a 3 week trial. I am going back to the Brooks Ghost.

I have a 8.5C foot and bought a 9.5B shoe. Everything from the ankle forward was fine, which means the shoe runs wide in the forefoot. There was about 1/2 a thumbs' width between my big toe and the end of the shoe. The ankle area was too wide. My foot sloshed around the heel area, side to side as well as out when I walked. The shoe is made to look like a sock, but it's just looks. The ankle area of this shoe hugs the ankle no more than a typical running shoe.

SUPER SAD! I really love these shoes. I’ve had them for 3 months I wear them to work (nurse) and that’s it. Super comfy like the most comfy sneaker I’ve owned, but I glanced down today and noticed the sole was split all the way across the shoe. I checked the other side and it’s split as well, not as bad, but split. Very disappointed.

Size and fit were great. However, after two months of wearing them, the sole split straight across!

The shoe does NOT hold up at all!! WAY too expensive to already have a crack in the bottom after using for walking (not running) for only ONE MONTH!!! Waste of money and now I can’t even return them because I did wear them!

These shoes are amazingly comfortable and attractive. I have worn Brooks ghost and adrenaline in the past.I purchased these shoes mainly because they were on sale. I did not like the color from the picture however when I received the shoes , I was happily surprised. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. The fit is a bit slimmer than the Ghost and Adrenaline, but they fit my slim foot. I have issues with my feet that require a springy , cushiony fit and the Levitate works. I like the sock fit around the top and can now walk longer.

This is the most comfortable running shoe I have ever worn. Historically, I have always worn ASICS and will never go back again. The heel feels secure and the cushioning is amazing. I have some very happy feet!

I’m glad that I ordered these in 1/2 size up than what I normally wear, and they fit perfectly. I also use my own orthotics, so I’m not sure how the true arch support really feels without them. I can’t take any chances without my orthotics!!!! They support me. Nonetheless, when I’m outside walking in NJ, NYC or Philly for at least 3 miles, or when I’m at the gym walking on the treadmill, boy oh boy oh boy - I do not feel any harshness from the surface below my feet. I love love love these shoes!!! No pain and they are super comfy. They’re honestly worth it, and I usually stick with ASICS or New Balance. These are my first pair of Brooks (that I’m actually keeping). I had tried on a few of them here and there over the years, but they would never fit me like this pair does. They were always way too tight no matter the sizes. My feet are in love with these sneakers!

I LOVE these shoes! I usually run in ASICS but I feel like the quality has gone down. I decided to try Brooks. I am in LOVE with these shoes! They make me happy just putting them on. I have logged many miles running in them, and also ran a half marathon. They were perfect from the start. I love them so much I just ordered them in a different color, same style and size. I don’t think I will ever run in a different brand again.

Ordered my usual size,but these run half size larger.Reordered half size down ,they fit perfectly. Love the color combination and comfortable fit.

I work on my feet all day in the OR and they are amazing!!!

Great gym shoes , comfortable . It’s really true to size so if you like your gym shoes bigger go size up or you can use shoe stretcher.

I am loving this shoe. I haven't had one with the "sock" like feel around the ankle and I do like it! I am not a runner but an avid walker and I feel like running shoes support my feet better. This one feels snug without being tight and with the right amount of cushion. I wear a size 8 normally and that is what I got for this shoe and it is perfect. I've had trouble with plantar fasciitis in the past and so far this shoe has been very comfortable.

I loved these shoes, really sharp and comfortable. However I returned them because they were slightly more narrow than I needed. I am normally a 9.5 medium and I would recommend 9.5 W if you are a true medium width.
