Overall, I like these shoes, but in the end I returned them because I got a few pairs to try and these were not my favorite. They were the cutest though. I need something great for running.

I was a bit worried about the design change in the Levitate 2's, as I had worn the first iteration and really liked them. I was fearful that the change to a narrow collar around the heel, considerably less padded, was going to be problematic but I think that they stay in place and hug my ankles well enough. They do feel a tad wider in the forefoot but I haven't noticed heel slippage. One cautionary point: the outsoles are rather slippery on wet surfaces. If I am going to walk/jog outside on a wet day, I often switch to another pair of running shoes, but these are great in the gym. And Zappos service is always, for me, awesome!

I wear 7 Medium and the fit was very good, snug. I expected these shoes to be more cushy with all the description of gel and bounce-back. They are not "cushy" but definitely supportive. I gave 4* because the laces, though pretty pink, have some elasticity. On first blush, this seems like a nice feature. My concern is that they will wear quickly and break from me pulling them tight repeatedly. I wish Brooks or Zappo would send a spare set of pink laces. I have only worn these twice to Zumba, and, so far, overall I like them. There is a good tread, but not so much that you can't twist you feet and slide.

I wear a size 11 womens normally but because of the reviews, I ordered a half size up. They sit perfectly. I ordered the Christmas Sweater pattern. When I took them out of the box, I thought I'd be returning them straight away---they looked huge like Buddy the Elf Sled shoes. But I decided to try them on and they are super comfy, good support, lots of cushioning. And they don't look so sled huge on my feet. So here I am jingling around in my happy place.

So fun and festive. I wear them to work (hospital) and the compliments and questions are non-stop! Super comfy and also great for running. The fabric does get dirty easily. And the cute little bells drove me crazy—I had to take those off. Love these shoes though!

This is a very comfortable shoe. However, it seems wide at the instep area. Also, the right shoe seemed looser than the left. That might be a problem with my feet although I haven't noticed it with other shoes.

Of the three Brooks shoes I ordered (Glycerin 16, Ghost 11, and Levitate 2), the Levitate 2 seemed true to size. The other two ran short and narrower in the toe box. I wear a women's size 12. Of course next year's model could fit completely differently. I used to wear the Glycerin and now the shoe runs too small for me - toe even wore out the end. Never happened with previous models.

Size and fit were true to size - did not like the shiny silver bottom though - comfort wise these are listed
as Maxiumum Cushioning but it should be noted these are a FIRM cushion not sofy and cloud like so
wasn't exactly what I was looking for but the new foams are supposed to provide great response when
running - I wound up returning so can't say........very lightweight too as advertised. Probably a great
shoe just not for me.

I am a Brooks fan in general and these shoes meet my expectations for Brooks. I really like them. Great look, comfortable, good support/cushion and fit true to size. I'm a 9-9.5 and got these in the 9.5 and they fit perfect with socks. These go a little higher up the ankle than other shoes but I find I like that. I feel really supported. The cushion is perfect for me for running errands and walking the dog, and it's a low arch, if any, but I don't have much of an arch. I have the grey and really like the look as so many shoes are too neon, or busy for my liking.

Ok, first off, this runner is Uber comfortable. The fabric of the shoe fits snugly around your foot without feeling too restrictive. Breathability is great. Virtually no break-in period required - I appreciate that- and the sole of this shoe is constructed in a manner that nicely absorbs on harder surfaces. And it’s a cool looking shoe, too, without being freakishly colorful or unnecessarily flashy.
I do have a super high arch, and felt this shoe could have had just a teeny bit more suppprt built up in this area, but so far I am totally loving this shoe.

Cool collar idea however even after 2-3 months, it started to stretch and warp and did not keep it's original shape which was disappointing. Love the neon colors I saw in others. Please keep neon going!

I really wanted to love these shoes. I was trying to find a replacement for my old running shoes that were discontinued. I've worked at a running store before, I had a lot of clients swear by the Ghost. When I took the Brooks shoe finder, I was matched with these. I was totally willing to try and for the past 6 months I have been running/walking in these shoes, but holy cow the outsides of my feet hurt after about 15 mins of wearing them on the road/treadmill. I've never had this issue before with any of my other neutral running shoes so I'm not sure why these shoes hurt my feet. I'll most likely switch back to Saucony. I'm afraid to try the Ghost and get the same results.

These feel pretty long, and the toe is narrow. I don't feel like they are very springy. I've only run 5 miles in them but I definitely recommend you don't size up (like I do in most all my brooks!) colors are pretty but I feel like I'm wearing a ski they are so long and narrow.
