Fits nicely on my back, I like the chest straps to relieve the pressure on my lower back ( I have spinal fusion surgery)

Bought it as a gift for my teenage nephew who is an avid hiker. This bag will hold all his needs when on a trail and should last him well into when he gets to college!!!

Purchased this backpack for a trip abroad and it worked out great! The overall design is big enough to hold many different items, but slim and lightweight enough to not take up too much room. And it looks great; I got many compliments. The compartments are perfect with space for everything from my laptop to my water bottles. You can't go wrong with this sturdy and stylish backpack!

This is my 2nd North Face backpack ... I wore the other one out! It is great, durable, and roomy enough for all that I need it for (books, laptop, etc.)

I really like the fabric of the backpack. I personally like the many pockets it has, so I can storage many things in different places and not everything all in only one big pocket.

I love the color and it fits everything I need! Whether I'm going to work or on a hike, it fits my essentials and even my 32oz water bottles on each side.

I ordered the Borealis backpack because I was in need of a new bag for everyday use. I was more than satisfied when I received the bag. It comes with several different pockets which are useful for organization and carrying around my laptop. It also has a pretty sizable side pouch which is perfect for carrying around my water flask.

I bought this for my seventh grade son to use for school. He loves the comfortable straps, padded back and that there are plenty of pockets to accommodate all of his needs. With North Face's quality this backpack will probably take him through high school and maybe beyond!

Needed a backpack that would hold laptop and also school books. Also able to have water bottle for the day.

I originally ordered this backpack for travel but ended up using it for work. I was recently looking to get a smaller backpack but nothing compares to this!

I will be using this backpack for college, bachelors and masters. This is leaps and bounds above other backpacks I have used and it looks very sharp. Quality made and lifetime warranty are big bonuses. It is like this backpack was made for me in mind.

Comfortable, I am 6'4" and 280 and this backpack adjusted great to my size. I went to Vegas for the weekend and could fit everything I needed in there.

Every North Face backpack is unmatchable in quality. I have this bag, the Recon, and an older bag made for hiking. I'd say they each have their place in my life but this is a versatile bag that could really fit nearly any need you would have as long as everything can fit. I'm comfortably able to use it for my gym shoes and clothes as well as snacks I bring along to work daily.

I bought this pack because I saw it on an urban exploring equipment list as one of the best and I couldn't agree more! I actually use it for every day use instead of just exploring. It is that good! Comfortable and compact yet holds so much more than it looks like. Highly recommend this product!

Very comfortable, feels like you're not really lugging in actual weight when full.

I really like the backpack especially for school and traveling I would recommend it for High School.
