Seems to be a very sturdy backpack! My only complaint is that the color in person is different than online. The online picture made me think that the backpack would be more of a turquoise color, but it is not. Overall, I am happy with my purchase !

I love how much space this bag has. I use it for work every day!

I bought this backpack to house my laptop/notebooks/textbooks as I return to college. It's really well thought out for city-dwellers who need to store all of their gear. Lots of zipper pockets so that I can house chargers and access them easily. When it is time to hike the backpack transitions seamlessly with two ample-sized pockets on the side for water bottles and plenty of storage space. I have already found myself using the exterior bungee cords for wet and damp items on hikes. Overall this is a very well-thought-out and versatile backpack. I have only had the pack for about a month so I can't speak to the durability yet but it is showing no visible signs of wear from daily use.

I absolutely love this backpack! The weight and the fit feels great. There's enough space for all of my materials for school including several binders. The pocket for a laptop is such a wonderful convenience.

I was looking for a good backpack for a long time so I decided to purchase this one and I'm glad I bought it because the materials are great and durable, but it's a little heavy and slightly large which I can put a lot of things inside though. Color is as expected, design is nice, overall happy with the purchase!

I use this bag for school and it's amazing! Super durable and I love that it can fit my nalgene water bottles.

Perfect for school backpack! I got this for my younger brother and he loves it. Fits perfect for a laptop and binders/textbooks.

It's got great space. Many pockets inside and feels light. The back is sturdy with soft areas for comfort.

I bought it for my husband for our recent hiking trip. I have had my North Face backpack for over 10 years and it is still Holding up strong. Why would I get anything else?

This is my hiking backpack it's super durable and light! Lots of room to store different kinds of items. The material that the backpack is made of is excellent! Would definitely recommend to a friend or family!

Had the backpack for about a month. It is the nicest backpack I've owned. Use it for school and work, easily carries a big laptop, books, etc. cool design and comfortable.

I use this backpack for college as well as light travel and it is absolutely amazing. It's extremely durable, has a great carrying capacity and best of all it looks great when you have it on. There are clips that connect your to backpack straps together, and it sits comfortably across your chest. This feature is really handy for keeping it sturdy when you have quite a few items inside. There are pockets for just about every item you can imagine, pencils, laptops, books, folded clothes, even a pocket that just happens to fit my Apple Airpods perfectly which is neat. The two water bottle pockets on each side ensure your water bottle isn't going anywhere with it's sturdy build quality (much like the rest of the backpack) and tight retention clips. The front of the backpack where your back is touching when you put it on, is very comfortable and fits snug . There is not a single thing I dislike about it! If my current Borealis backpack wears out I am definitely going to be buying another one (I doubt that it will due to the quality, I might just buy another one for fun).

Use this for a work bag and I appreciate that I don't have to be precious with it. Carries all that I need and then some. Also have room to stuff a jacket.

I use this back pack to tote my work laptop and belongings around on a daily basis. It has so many pockets and features that are very helpful. It's comfortable and the right size!

My pack had 2 owners before me and has lived through 10+ years of many dayhikes, computers and huge books. It's seen so much that the straps are bleached from sunlight. Almost all the bag is still good and functioning, but a zipper tooth is finally missing so I'm considering replacing. Get it for a kid going off to college and they'll have it until they're 30. I'd sent it to NF to get it fixed, but I'm happy to support them for making such a quality product.
