Backpack has been great for 2 months, but then the zipper wouldn't open/ would only open < 1 cm. It doesn't appear to have material caught in the zipper, we just can't get it open. There are gym clothes stuck inside the compartment. The only thing customer service said was to send the backpack to the Warranty Dept for review. However, I will need to cut the zipper to get the clothes out, which will negate the warranty. I pay to ship the backpack out, just to have them say it's not covered and then return it to me. Seems crazy, especially for this expensive backpack.

I bought this for college and hated almost every thing about this back pack. The pockets are way too deep, which makes it hard to find what I'm looking for quickly and they are not wide enough, so I can't fit enough things in it. The front pocket wasn't deep at all so to it would get top heavy. Overall, it is not convenient for college students and I would not recommend for anyone.

I'm extremely disappointed in this bag. I had the same style many years ago and loved it. In this redesign, however, there are several issues. Primarily, the main pocket is too small. Secondarily, the front pocket is very poorly designed - because it does not reach down to the bottom of the bag, it constantly flops open and spills all of its contents onto the ground (the weight of anything in there opens the pocket and it flops open). I bought this bag because of my prior good experience but I am extremely disappointed in the poor design of this iteration of the product.

Product boasted "Large main compartment for books and binders," but could barely fit two binders comfortably. Terribly disappointed considering it's intended use was for school.

Do not wash it unless you want it to be gone!
