Great pack. Well thought out design.

I bought Northface products since middle school, from jackets to book packs. Their quality is amazing and durable, they last for so long. My friends and I have used our backpacks for 4+ years and counting. I love that they are always coming up with new classic designs. I would recommend it!

Use this all the time when carrying heavy tools for work, no damages apart from a few scratches I can brush off. Comfortable and stylish? Oh yeaaaa

After 6 years of owning one Borealis backpack I have much to say. First, as a sentimental man I've developed an attachment to this physical extension of thyself. The Borealis has had my back through the latter end of my developing youth and continues this journey of life besides me today as she did from day one. I purchased her in my last years of high school where she then accompanied me through the remaining days as a young adult, enduring college, and currently graduate school. After heavy workloads, holding 6-10 books, tactical gear, countless domestic and international trips, hiking, and everything in-between, not a single tear in stitching I mean it. Durability: After lugging +50lbs day in and day out for 2,000 days and there is not a single sign of wear and tear; from the outside to inside pockets, no rips or stretched out sleeves, not a single feature out of place. This bag has been tasked with every scenario known to mankind and has outperformed them all. The only reason I've come to write this review is because I am in the market for a backpack that can hold a new 17'' laptop as I'm replacing the one I purchased when I bought the Borealis. If you're looking for a super solid, strong, comfortable, versatile backpack that can withstand the rigors of your everyday then seriously look no further and purchase this backpack. I didn't know I made a lifelong investment at the young age I bought this backpack and the amount of lessons she continues to teach me are invaluable. She might not be holding my laptop in the near future but she is nowhere near retirement. I anticipate she's here for the long haul through the longest days and latest nights when the going gets tough. Thank you North Face for truly providing something so reliable and dependable at an affordable price for the young boy I was. It really is a lifelong companiontreat the bag with best intentions and the return will outweigh the cost, tenfold.

i love this backpack and how it looks.

I got my husband this backpack for his birthday. He hasn't been carrying around my old one that I used in high school from almost 20 years ago. He needed his own and thisi one is perfect. He brings it with him to the gym and when we travel

Use it for college and work it's great

These backpacks are absolutely fantastic. I totally recommend people who hadn't bought them. I saw people in my school wearing these backpack. My first reaction was they were so fashionable, great style, and the design of the backpack was remarkable. I haven't yet brought one, but I will soon enough. I just wanted to tell the people who haven't bought the backpack to go on down and buy it!!

Very durable and enduring materials to make a sleek and clean finish. Kept all my books and papers dry from the heavy rain as well as my electronics. Overall there is much room to work with and size can be expanded to holdback slightly more items in bag or compressed to keep the contents from shaking around. Overall it's a wonderful back pack, an upgrade compared to any backpack.

Needed to replace my old backpack of 15 years. This ended up being an upgrade. The comfort of carrying this pack as my daily brief case makes it easy to travel with. Lots of pockets and straps that gives a place for everything I need. A recent cross country trip proved that my long distance travels will be easier. Love the product, loved the customer service from our local NF store, and though it was not in stock, it got to me within three days.

I use this daily with all my school stuff it fits exactly what I need comfortably and exactly how I want it with enough room for storing my computer and even a jacket if need be.

I use this mainly for work, which fits my 15" laptop no problem. All my cords and cables go into the middle compartment, which this is very roomy. The middle compartment could use a few pockets to separate some stuff, but it holds everything no problem. The back two compartments fit my pens, notepads, phone, passport, mouse, and so on. This pack is durable, has plenty of room, and is stylish in my opinion.

I have had several backpacks in time, but the Borealis is by far my favorite. It offers the most space for all my needs, and as a college student, that's a lot. Unfortunately, my first backpack was stolen, but I just got my new one and the new design is amazing. Definitely worth the investment.

Awesome. Light, waterproof. Spacy.

Had a North Face Backpack and after 10 years the shoulder strap tore so I ordered another one. Only thing I do not care for is the new cushion in the straps. It took a few days to get used to it. Love the classic look vs the new one they have come out with. But either way North Face Backpacks are all I will ever use! Buy one. You won't be disappointed!

This backpack is great! It's stylish, roomy, comfortable, great for school, great for traveling, and more! The only bothersome thing about it is that it typically does not stand up by itself but that's not that big of a deal. The backpack is great overall!

Love this backpack for school!!!

The backpack quality is unbeatable. I had an Oakley that was twice as much and it didn't match to this backpacks quality. A lot of room and the back padding is a plus!

Perfect gift. Amazing buy!

I have always used NorthFace, so this past year I tried to switch it up with an Oakley bag, but it didn't compare in the slightest. The NorthFace bags have perfect sized side pockets and the back comfort is the best I have ever experienced. Will not go to another bag brand again.

This backpack is perfect for class and travel. Just the right size for a days worth of text books and notebooks. The straps are super comfortable and the design on back allows great airflow to keep your back cool. The only down side is it is not large enough to hold more that 2 text books at a time.

The bag was indeed a big surprise to my friend who loves this brand. Has a good design for usage.

Got this for my sons new backpack and travel bag. Great design, lots of space and organization while being super lightweight.

This is a great backpack, fits my laptop and other supplies for traveling! Light weight and what looking. Would definitely recommend!
