i use this for school, love it. so useful and durable but still looking good.

My husband is almost graduating and about to start med school. I had to go on YouTube and find the top rated backbacks for med school so I found this one. I myself have a north face backpack for 7 years now haha wow that's a long time but I love it. In conclusion he was so happy when he saw I bought him one too.

It's super lightweight with EXTREME space. I can't fill this thing up! The shoulder straps are super comfy, and I like how stylish it looks. Great for my commutes on the light rail to and from work and up these crazy hills. I work for an Alaskan outfitter. While I stand behind our strong durable leather bags and briefcases with insanely hardcore stitching, they're just not practical day to day. This is the ultimate daily bag for someone that appreciates and understands quality. I'm probably going to buy a couple more in different colors.

Great all around backpack with ample space for anything you need. It has nice plush pockets for things like glasses. Had it for about 2 weeks and as a college students it's been great. It's able to hold 2 textbooks and a couple comp books without butting strain on my back which is great.

Beautiful and stylish

I use this backpack everyday for school,it holds 2 of my 2 inch binders in the main pocket just perfectly ,can sometimes be a little hard to pull out if your binders get too full or a corner gets stuck on the inside ,I put my folders in the laptop pocket and it holds it perfectly, the bungee on the outside is perfect to put my hoodie after gym class ,the smaller organization pocket is great because it fits all my pens and pencils ,I also put my book from English class in there it fits just fine ,the fleece pocket I put my Bluetooth earbuds in and It is fairly hidden because the zipper is under a flap but is still visible by the zipper pulley, I also love the water bottle pockets , just a tiny complaint I have is the a little loose flap on the inside that gets caught when I pull certain smaller items out ,for example I like to put my calculator in there ,the backpack is very comfortable and I often use it for cycling or to go out with friends because I love how organized and roomy it is, I've been able to fit shoes in the main compartment along with my binders as well.

I have had the bag for a week and so far I feel I made a great decision. It has fulfilled all my expectations. I would preferred it had more pockets but it's ok as it is at this moment.

I absolutely love this backpack, I had a raggedy old backpack that I used for my textbooks. I finally decided to upgrade and this back pack is stylish, great for my back compared to my old one, roomy, and has all sortable of uses. I've taken it hiking, I've used it to travel, it's just over all an amazing back pack for any situation.

I use this bag for school, and research, and it's more than big enough for all my work.

Love this backpack I had a north face backpack but my boyfriend keeps using it for himself So I got myself a new one. Never disappoints! Love it

this was an amazing product. would definitely recommend and buy again. this backpack looks small and sleek but can fit a lot of stuff without looking bulky.

This bag was given to me as a hand-me-down from my brother in 2009, unfortunately I don't know the original year it was purchased. I'm writing this review because my Borealis backpack has finally reached the end of it's life ten years later. It was my college bookbag for class, my on the water bag for coaching sailing, my travel bag taking me around the world, and even carried some beers for me to the beach. Sad to see it finally give out on me, but I just ordered a new Borealis and am excited for some new adventures!

Best Backpack I've ever owned!

One look at the pack and you can tell every feature and stitch was done by design. The zippers are sturdy, the material is high quality, and the functionality of the pockets is top knotch.

Spacious and ergonomic, I am ecstatic over the way it looks and feels when used.

The bag comes exactly as advertised so no complaints here. It fits my 15" workstation laptop fine and transports it comfortably. I was looking for a backpack with a lot more pockets for organizational purposes but no manufacturer seems to make one unless it's a specialty bag for photography or tactical. Those bags tend to be bulky and not very stylish. If you're reading this Northface please make a bag with a ton of organizational compartments and I'll buy it. Love your gear.
