The package was halfway open when it was put into our mailbox. shoes were soaked. i would expect better from such a popular company.

I recently got my 2nd pair. The first pair were the very soft uppers. I had tried on a pair in the store that were size 12. They were a little small. So, I ordered size 13 thinking they would work. Seemed the same as the 12. I ended up keeping those. For Christmas I ordered a different pair, size 13, thinking it was probably a fluke. Nope, same problem. I've worn them but just won't work. I'll be returning for a 14. Seems easy enough but frustrating. Every other shoe I wear is either a 12 or 13. My actual size is likely a 12.5 but since no 1/2 sizes I go with one or the other depending on brand. I'm just perplexed that I need to go with a 14 for them to fit. Who sizes these things.

My son wore for only 6 hours for a wedding that we were in and the strings/sewing came all apart at the front by the toes.

I wear a size 13 and bought my 1st pair and they were on a final sale. They arrived and would not fit. Could not return. Bought a different pair that I could find in a size 14. They arrived and are still too tight and are uncomfortable.

Ive bought a few of these shoes from the site this pair had strings coming off the top right above the hey dude on top of shoe like it had a bad fabric cut I like hey dudes I wear them a lot this is the only time they I had an issue and just with the bottoms hold up a little better

I have worn a size 12 in every kind of shoe for many years. I didn't see a disclaimer on the website. Now I have worn them thinking they would expand, but they haven't and it feels like my big toe is going to poke out

They are already falling apart. My son bought his first pair last year and they lasted a long time. The sole coming apart on this pair with in weeks.

They are way too small. I never have an issue with sizing and I know someone else who ran into this with hey dude shoes as well. Im hesitant about ordering another pair due to this.

Last pair I purchased were perfect, this pair was a whole size off. Disappointed.

Ordered a size 14, came in fast. But fit is a little small. Hits the toes. Maybe order a size larger. Next time

Received wrong insole, put it for wash & they fade away, it's like paying extra money for big name, no value for money

They run small and narrow. Had to return them. Return process was easy though.

I bought these as my other dude shoes were worn out and I love those shoes but these werent the size that they advertised they say a 15 on the website but when I got them they were 14-15s and I tried them on and they didnt fit at all, and Im really disappointed with the shoes as I expected the shoes to be better fitting then they are. I dont know what happened from the first time I ordered, but Im quite sad that I told so many people that hey dude was a good comfort shoe for bigger feet.

I purchased a pair for a gift and need to exchange for a different size. I need assistance exchanging because there wasn't a return label in my package.

Theyre very narrow and uncomfortable. They run very small.
