Love these shoes! They are light weight and feel great, but they do run small to size... I usually wear a 12 or 13 depending on the shoe, so I decided to order a pair of 13's to be on the safe side... I tried them on and they were tight, my toes were pushed all the to the tip of the shoes... I will order a 14 next time and see how they work, I've never had to buy 14's... Love the materials, the lightness, and the look!

I like the shoes, they run small and my feet are wide which is difficult. The insoles are too big sometimes and need trimmed. No biggee really. The problem starts if there is an issue. The customer support is pretty bad. Theyre not very responsive and youll never get any resolution. Ive had issues twice and support was not helpful either time. One was a manufacturing issue with one shoe which should have been replaced (needless to say Im still wearing it). The other an address issue which I had to jump through hoops to fix because they couldnt be bothered to grab the package before it shipped and fix it (and there was time to get it done). Youre better off buying these in a store so you can try them on and check for issues as said issues will never be resolved if mail ordered.

I got one size bigger and still kinda small

Ordered to pair to go along with the pair I already own. One of the two fits just like the original, the second pair rubs on my heel.

Shoes were ok but run small

I have tried wearing these multiple times and each time my feet are sore and ache. They look nice but have not been able to enjoy the shoes as I had hoped.

They were pretty comfy and looked good, but they don't have the best traction or support for the the ankle and I sprained mine so i was nervous when I tripped in these

Sized very small, liner fell off pad the first day. Comfortable other wise

Return them in exchange for a different shoe and after two weeks they still have not shipped!

Although super comfortable, the fabric is freying after just one month. I've never had shoes start coming apart this soon after purchase

Very tight for my feet, doesnt have the elasticity that I have found in the other style shoes I have purchased. It almost feels like a size to small for my feet.. this is my 7th purchase of Hey Dudes and first time I have had an issue with size and fitting properly.

I recently got my 2nd pair. The first pair were the very soft uppers. I had tried on a pair in the store that were size 12. They were a little small. So, I ordered size 13 thinking they would work. Seemed the same as the 12. I ended up keeping those. For Christmas I ordered a different pair, size 13, thinking it was probably a fluke. Nope, same problem. Ive worn them but just wont work. Ill be returning for a 14. Seems easy enough but frustrating. Every other shoe I wear is either a 12 or 13. My actual size is likely a 12.5 but since no 1/2 sizes I go with one or the other depending on brand. Im just perplexed that I need to go with a 14 for them to fit. Who sizes these things.
