Great training shoe and for cardio! Love the comfort and stability true to size, control ankle support with Velcro. Nice padding for back of ankle

I have achilles tendon issues....all the time! I wear a support brace helps... I bought these shoes for myself for Christmas, needed a ankle support, so a high top it is. I thought I should probably make sure the fit works.....OMG, the fit, the comfort, the support padding on my ankle...not sure if I want to put them back in the box! Merry Feetmas to me!

Second time I have purchased this shoe! I am a group fitness instructor and these shoes are the best for dance and cross training classes!

Love these shoes for teaching 305 Fitness classes! They have great support and "spring" to them, and pivoting/changing directions is easy. I did size up a half size based on other reviews and the fit is great.

I am so glad I bought these shoes, I have plantar fasciitis - I have been cross training and decided to try these shoes. My feet fell in love - the support and comfort my feet felt - I plan on buying another pair. I used to buy ryka shoes when I was an aerobics instructor - I'm so glad I bought these; I will never go back to any other brand.

I have worn these shoes for a long time and they fit perfectly! I love them so much. It's my go to shoes when I want really great work out shoes . They are very supportive but not heavy

I've been using Ryka mid top training shoes to teach my Zumba classes for many years, and this one is the best so far. Very comfortable, with cushioning, and the ankle strap gives better support than previous designs. I insert my own orthotics for even more support. Great shoe!

These shoes have amazing support! I love the pivot point on the ball of the foot. They've definitely helped me enhance my at home workouts and kept my ankles safe during all the side-to-side movements, jumping and pivoting!

I've worn Ryka training shoes exclusively since mid-80s, particularly the Mid Tops, and this IMHO is the best design yet! :) They lowered the lacing tie-point to be over the instep and raised the velcro strapping to the top of the shoe. It gives even more ankle security and is quicker to take on and off! Terrific! Now let's have more great funky color choices!! ;)

Great fit, very cushioned, perfect for my excercise class!

I needed a shoe that provided both comfort and support. I like the fact that it has both laced and Velcro, bc unfortunately I have this knot/cist on top of foot and when I wear laced shoes it kills me. This shoe although laced but it to a certain extent and that's where the Velcro comes in at.

I have plantar fasciitis and had surgery on my foot and ankle over a year ago. I never thought I'd be back to normal but I'm on the road since I found ryka shoes. I swear by them. I can walk normal and lightly jog my feet and ankle arent swollen at the end of the day.

I love these shoes. I have wide feet and these fit really well. It's nice to have the wide size option. I am a fitness instructor and use them for all my classes.

The MOST comfortable shoes I have ever worn in my Life. Makes me want to wear them EVERYWHERE, but i save them only for my Zumba classes!

These did not disappoint. I've been wearing rykas for about 20 years and had many styles I loved, a few not so much. These top them all. I was so disappointed when my previous fave, the enhance 3, was discontinued, but these are even better. They are so cushiony, I feel like I have spings on my feet. I refer to them as my "moon shoes". The only negative is that you can't point your foot as well as other styles I've wore before, but I still can. It's just not an extreme point like I'm used to. I'm ok with it. These are amazing. I hope to buy many more pairs.

Fits well and has lots of cushioning. I take a lot of cardio and cardio/strength classes at my gym and this shoe is comfortable and supportive. Cute style too.

Bought this for my dancing classes, after having a very old pair and some other brands over the last few years. Love the style, support and comfort of these. They allow me to do turns/spins as well as provide good support on jumps. The only thing I'm not 100% happy with is the top Velcro closing - I can't seem to find a best set for it to feel supported but also not bothered by it being too tight. Maybe if the laces would go up higher I could make better adjustments.

I have 3 pairs of these shoes in different colors and absolutely love them; however, this last pair had to be returned as the sizes were different in length, too long, and too wide. Obviously something happened to this pair as my other 3 that were all bought separately all fit perfectly the same.

I teach Zumba classes and Ryka shoes are so great for my feet. Easy to Break in, comfortable, stylish. Great support without being to grippy or too slippery.

They have all the support I need in the arch and around the ankle. Love the new colors!!!! Good job Ryka!!!!!

Looks good feels good perfect! I love to exercise I have been teaching fitness classes for over 35 years I always tell my students to biy Ryka. I should get a free pair.
