This Ryka styke is outstanding! And I never thought I'd say that about a $70 (on sale from $85) shoe ever. I've been trying other popular brand athletic shoes for everyday comfort & activities that cost $130-160 - but none of those fit my foot like Ryka! I've had many foot problems the past few years, with aging bonier feet - ball & heel hurting, arch hurting without some arch support, etc. Yet this style & their Dedication XT make my feet real happy. This mid top is fun, feels great, fits into my higher arches perfectly. The cushion goes from heel to toe, never letting off, and it's kinda bouncy feeling - not mushy cushioning. The wide width is perfectly roomy for my C width feet. They run true to size - whatever your regular shoe size is. Mine is 7 Wide, but 7.5Wide in athletic shoes. The 7Wide fits me like custom-made shoes!

I originally bought 9-W, my usual size. Wore them for one workout and they were too wide. Exchanged them for 9 and the are great. They fit snug and are very comfortable. Only drawback is the didn’t breathe much and my socks were wet after HIIT. Still a great choice and I’m very pleased.

Ordered these in a 9-W, which is usually my size, and these were too wide. So sad, because otherwise they were a great shoe and fit was incredible otherwise. The extra pad at the back of the heel is awesome. Reordered in a regular width and hope they fit.

I have always had bad feet and ankles but never wanted to sacrifice on style. That is, until I bought some Ryka mules a few months ago for taking the dogs on walks. They were so comfortable I knew I had to have some trainers for my high-impact workouts, which used to leave my feet and joints aching. As expected, these are extremely comfy and the style is amazing—like 90s basketball shoes. You could totally rock these in a retro way with neon spandex etc. I love them.

Perfect fit and feel. Using them for Zumba and have no problem with them.

These are my best dance shoes ever! Felt comfortable right out of the box. I am a 6.5 in some shoes and 7 in others. My old Rykas were so old I couldn’t read the size label but Zappos suggested a 6.5 and they fit perfectly. (Im not sure how they knew but it was spot on). Thanks Zappos!

NIce style and comfort but it seems that Ryka has changed their sizing. I've been ordering size 7.5 in the high top training shoes for teaching Zumba for years, but now the 7.5 is too big, so I'll be returning the 7.5 for a 7.

Love these shoes for dance workouts! My ankles get the support they need.
