Customer Reviews Darn Tough Vermont Merino Wool Micro Crew Socks Cushion

Purchased two pairs...went home and tried on and realized inside sock around toe area not finished well which irritates my toes. For the price I'm kind of surprised at the poor workmanship of these socks.

The band is too tight. Leaves a huge mark on my leg. (And I have thin legs.)

Not the right size. Said they were small but nope

Too tight socks. They are cute but uncomfortable. I wouldn't buy them again. Tried giving them to my daughter but she can't wear them either.

These were too big. I have these in the light hiker light cushion and they fit perfectly. I washed and dried them hoping they would shrink but still too big.

The other reviews called this a thin sock. It's not. It's a fairly stout and thick sock, which makes my shoes feel too tight. So, I'm sending them back, and looking for a thinner wool sock.

I was very disappointed with these socks. Not well made, started to unravel after one wash. I work outside and need high quality socks. These are awful.

Wish they were cotton instead of wool.
