Talk about staying warm in the winter months!!! Even if I walk 3.5 miles every day with them and they only last 3-6 months before the tear under heal right at connection of red to grey area. Great warranty! I use a Sole insert in shoes.

HIKED THE AT TRAIL AND FOUND DARN TOUGH IN MAINE. BEEN WEARING THEM SINCE. HAVE BEEN HIKING ABOUT 4000 MILES WITH THEM AND WILLNOT USE ANY OTHER SOCKS. CAN WEAR THEM 6 DAYS ONTHE TRAIL BEFORE THEY NEED TO BE WASHED.

I love all of Darn Tough socks! These over the calf are definitely the best for me. Thick padding on the bottom, they stay up and keep my feet & legs warm. Going to have to order a couple more pair for hiking!
