These are my go to socks when Im walking in cold weather with lined pants. These will keep the chill off the calves. I also wear them on my late autumn canoe trips inside my knee high waterproof gaiter/sock.

Keeps my wifes feet nice and warm.

These are very comfy socks. They fit snugly, but not tight. They have enough stretch to be comfortable, and the material is thick enough that it's a cushioned sock. I love these for the winter months as they are very warm and keep my feet cozy. I wear a large and am 5'7" and they go up to my knee and I have to fold them over just a little, which I don't mind as I'd rather have a bit too big than too short. I've washed them a few times and they've held up fine with no color or softness loss. Pretty much perfect socks for the cooler months.

Amazing socks. Cushioning is great, but not so much that they affect the fit of my boots. These are over-the-calf socks, and they stay over the calf. Walked miles in these socks over a variety of terrain, and they didn't slip, they didn't bunch, and they kept their shape. Can't comment on durability yet, but my experience with Darn Tough socks in general (I have many pairs) is that the socks last a long, long time without issues.

Love these socks! Had to get a second pair for when one set is in the wash. Warm and comfy. After all day in my logging boots, my feet dont hurt.

I have been wearing Darn Tough after I switched from another Merino wool company for over a decade. I wear the full cushion OTC 90% of the time from in my uniform, to outdoor adventure and working in the yard. My feet are always comfortable from sub freezing to 80 degrees. When they get worn out I send them back for store credit and get another pair.
