Just took these out of the box.....Isn't it disappointing when you order a pair of running shoes and receive them only to find someone has already been running in them and left them dirty ??? It is not worth my time to return them so I will donate them...but this is a foolish way for Zappos to lose a customer...

I bought this for my father as a present He wears size 11 in every other brand, felt he could wear a 11.5 in this model. I wore one exact pair on my first Ironman and was very pleased with them. The cushion helped me to go thru all the abuse of 42K. Upper is great hold my foot in place. I've use them for around 200 miles and still look and feel in great shape.

These are great for long distance running and have major support. A great shoe, similar to Hoka's but at a much better price. This is my 3rd pair.

I loved these shoes but bought a half size too small and couldnt wear them for walking. The half size larger was a better fit for me and wore those ones to death. I wish Skechers didnt wear out so fast.

Finally comfort! I developed plantar fasciitis a year ago. After taking a break from working out for a few months I started getting active. I tried several shoes, several inserts, all of which still ended with heel pain. These have been the first shoe that have allowed me to run and workout with no pain (amazing). Fyi, they do run about a half size tighter than other sketchers I own. Provides great support but some may want to step up the size by a half size.

I was looking for a stylish, but comfortable pair of shoes that I could walk and exercise in. I'm pleased for now. Just hope they will be durable.

I run 45 miles or more a week. These are the shoes I've been searching for. Not too soft and not too hard on the feet. It's the perfect mix with the perfect energy return. I have shoes I've paid upwards of $150 for and the go run ride 7's have them beat. Skechers aren't just making light up shoes for children. These are true performance tools and perform they do!

My husband is very pleased with these shoes which he has replaced for Nike Pegasus workout shoes. He owns 2 pairs and uses them at the gym, on eliptical machine and 100+ miles of walking a week.

I'm only about 8 miles into these, but so far they live up to the billing as a very strong, under-the-radar running shoe. I had read a review that these made good trainers for those planning to race in Vaporflys, and I can see why. There is some similarity to the feel of the shoes, though the Go Run Ride 7 operates on a decidedly wider platform, and has more of a trainer fit. The shoe feels a bit wide to me in the midfoot and ankle, but it's something I simply notice but am not bothered by. I've also picked up some Zoom Fly Flyknits, which would seem to be the natural counterpart to Vaporflys. They definitely match the Vaporfly more closely, but their narrow, race fit and last make them less appealing as daily trainers compared to the Go Run Ride 7. I've gone running shoe mad in the past year or so, so own or have owned a large number of shoes: Altra Escalante and Escalante Racer, Adidas Ultraboost, Adios, and Boston, New Balance Beacon and 1400, Nike Zoom Fly Flyknit, Streak LT 3, and Streak 6, Reebok Floatride Run Fast, Topo Magnifly and Sketchers Go Run 6 and Go Run Ride 7. I think I have something off with my feet, and a lot of shoes either leave my feet hurting from excessive arch support, or with lateral heel pain. There have been only a few models that do neither (escalante, escalante racer, zoom fly flyknit), and so far the Go Run Ride is one of them, though I have not done long or up tempo runs in them yet, so the jury is still out.

As a long time runner and Brooks advocate I was hesitant to try not only a new brand, but a brand that is relatively new to the professional running shoe market. I was pleasantly surprised however. This is my second pair of the Gorun Ride 7s and they are as good as my last pair so far. I put over 300 miles on my last pair on a variety of surfaces and the shoe performed excellently. Light, good cushion in the sole and around the foot. The thin tongue helps decrease the pressure that other shoes had put on the top of my foot. The cushioning doesn't hold out quite as long as my brooks would, but even at the end of their life they were good shoes. Never any issues with falling apart, holes, tares, or quality. If you don't need a stability shoe (pronation issues) I recommend giving these a try. I'm a fan!

I'm a neutral runner, and somewhat new to running, this shoe is surprisingly light given how much cushioning it has, but it did not sink in like an ultraboost shoe which is bonus to some, personally It wouldn't have bother me either way but I must every praise this shoe got is true. I normally wear a 11.5 in nike shoes, I went with 11.5 in this shoe and it slipped in like a glove, the material against my felt was also good too, this shoe will definitelly make you run faster mainly because you don't want to be seen rocking a sketcher shoe in public. In conclusion this felt like a 150+ dollar nike shoe and a 180$ adidas shoe.

I have struggeled for years to find some shoes/boots that I can wear because I have arthritis in my right foot/ankle. I wore these for 7 days around Disneyland and not once did I get any pain....and I must have walked miles..... Absolutely over the moon, I would have paid double the price to have been sure of the comfort. I will be looking at buying some more shoes/boots. Just brilliant...!!!

The flightGen midsole is a dream to run on for easy/long/recovery runs. There is a softness there but certainly not squishy. It definitely gives the feeling of springiness with each stride. Great compliment shoe to my Razor 2 and Speed 5.

I picked these up after reading about them on several running shoe blogs. They are fantastic - cushioned, responsive, comfortable, stable and light. I've tried many other shoes in this category and found they usually had a flaw of some kind - for these I struggle to think of a way to improve them. I love running long mile in them every day and they even work well for speed work.

These shoes are seriously underrated. I used many but name shoes before switching to the go run series. This by far is the best shoe I've tried. Has a snappy feel. The flight gen is much improved from the 5 gen. Been on a 10 Mike run and legs felt fresh after. Only knock I had was for some reason my left heel. Other than that I definitely am going to purchase a pair in another color
