The shoe is very cute. However, the left shoe seemed to be a bit tighter than the right shoe and didn't seem to be a wide width as ordered. If the material was adjustable on top of the foot area I would've kept the shoes. The right shoe felt amazing.

These shoes are really really cute. They just didn't fit my foot as well as the cloudsteppers that I purchased last year, so I returned them.

I have another pair of these without the back strap and love it! These felt too snug in the width. I'm sure the straps will stretch over time, but I'm not willing to wait for comfort.

I absolutely loved the shoe but there is not enough Velcro to secure it properly. I tried two different styles and two different sizes but I could not get any of them to secure so that I can actually wear them. Please give this feedback to the manufacturer These are great shoes!

Very cute and the footbed is very comfy. Still deciding if the knots on top are going to be an issue as they bug me a bit. Hoping things will loosen up so I can keep them!

Fit as expected. They are fairly comfortable, but won't know for sure until I actually wear them walking!

These are cute sandals with good cushioning and support. As others have mentioned, the knots can rub on the foot but for short term walking, they are quite comfortable.

The fit was good the only thing I hope doesn't bother me is the lip around the foot. It's small but I think it would be better if it was flatter.

I ordered these in an 8w (my usual size) and thought the feet was right on and comfy. Haven't worn them for any length of time so I'm hoping the knot on top doesn't bother me as it has for other reviewers. I wanted a summer neutral shoe and thought this would work well with my wardrobe.

Comfy sandal, but rubbed in the wrong spot on my right foot. Size 8 fit. But returned the shoe.

I have a wide footbed and these fit perfectly. Love the gray neutral color for spring and summer.

It felt true to size and width but sitting here wearing them the straps are too tight on top of my feet. Which is too bad, because these cloud steppers really do feel like walking on air. I am sad that I have to return them.

Bought these in black and love them so bought the navy too. Would love the red but don't like a white foot pad - gets too dirty looking, especially here in the dusty desert. My only complaint is the stitching on the small bands that hold it together rub my foot. I was able to wiggle them around to where they don't touch my foot. Love the cushion foot beds. I have had foot surgery and these provide comfort and are stylish - often a hard combination to find.

These pulled oddly on my fussy feet, so I returned them and will look for a more symmetrical style.

I bought these for my wife. She loved them except for one issue. She felt the strap at the back hit her foot is such a way that it might cause blisters. I hesitated to say they were too large because this was the only issue. Otherwise they were great.

They were a little to big about half a size. I loved the fabric felt very comfortable. A slight arch comfortable enough to wear for a medium lenght of time. I an reordering the they greyy pair the red just didn't feel right. But loved the grey

These are super soft when you step down. I'm sure they would be awesome for walking around for hours. I really wanted these to work for me but they are just too narrow for my feet. I am returning them. Although I normally do wear a medium, maybe I should try a wide but Zappos is out of wide for all colors of this shoe.

Cute lightweight shoe that I’ve received a lot of complements on. I wore them around the house for a bit because I loved the look of the shoe, but wasn’t sure if the straps would be comfortable. The straps seem like they might be too tight on the top and rub, but that didn’t happen. The only issue I’ve had is blisters on the bottom of my toes the first few times I wore them, but that seems to be resolved. I wouldn’t wear them for a day where you are doing extensive walking, but they are a good choice for casual use.

I loved testing the shoe on my hardwood floors--I felt so bouncy walking in them. And I liked how they looked--somewhat edgy, I'd say. Unfortunately, each shoe rubbed a part of my foot on the instep. Although the straps are a material and not leather, they still bothered me--enough that, sadly, I have to return them.

The sandal is very cute and quite comfortable on the heel. I do wish the heel was a bit lower. My foot slides to the front a bit, but that is normal for me. One thing I would change is the fact that the heel strap is velcro, but can barely be adjusted tighter. I would give the "overall" score a 5 if the heel strap were more adjustable.

These weren't as cute as I had hoped. I can wear a 6W in most clarks. These were 7W and they were tight. The bow wrap under the strap rubbed against my foot and my instep was too high for comfort.

Very comfortable shoes, not the cutest but nice looking enough. I think over all I like them quite a bit and will probably order the red.

I wanted these for a vacation where I'd be walking a lot. I just didn't feel they had the support I needed. I was afraid I'd turn an ankle on cobblestones. Returning

Can't even get my foot into it - don't order if you usually wear extra-wide but can sometimes wear wides from Clarks. It would otherwise, I think, be a nice shoe, but I can't getr my foot past the first strap so I can't even test the arch support. I have previously been able to wear Clarks wide - especially since they list their shoes as their wide being E on their own site, even though Zappos has their wide as D. Believe Zappos. E width this ain't. In particular, I loved the Clarks Lucena, and thought this might be similar enough to replace it. Definitely not, for us wide feet folks.

These are very cute shoes! I got them in the heather grey. The support is good and they are super light, which is my favorite thing about Clarks. The only reason they got a 3 in comfort is the little band thing that goes around the top two straps. I finally adjusted it a little differently and that seems to have helped the comfort level. I've only worn them one day so jury not quite in yet overall. I'll take a picture and add it to this post later to demonstrate what I mean.
