I first purchased these in black, then loved them so much I purchased a second pair in gray. These are some of the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. Truly like walking on a cloud! They are also adorable on your feet and can be worn with absolutely everything from shorts to a sundress. I am taking both pairs with me on an upcoming trip to Hawaii and can't wait to put some miles on them! I purchased my usual Clarks' size of 7 wide and they fit like they were made for me!

This shoe's series "Cloud Stepper" is an appropriate name. They are extremely comfortable! Extended walking without pain is essential due to and injured achilles tendon. I needed some heel with excellent cushioned support, which is exactly what this shoe provides. As several other reviewers noted, the small band holding the straps that cross the top of the foot together hurt and left a mark on my foot. I guessed that the pain was caused by the seam of the band, so by rotating it where the band's seam was not touching my foot but still not visible, no more pain! Once I found that this worked, it was perfectly comfortable.

Cute shoes but unusually uncomfortable. The cute knots on top of the shoe became super painful after wearing them for a few hours. The knots left indentations on the top of my feet. I bought the shoes for walking but you really can’t wear them for that long. They went in the garbage.

This shoe is very comfortable. My only gripe is with the length of the velcro -- it could use another inch or inch and a half. I will just add myself. Other than that, it is a great shoe. Clark's -- please add more velcro to your shoes. Thanks!

I have a wide foot and a higher arch. Based on other reviews that the top knots dug into their feet, I went up half a size thinking that should solve the problem. It didn't. The length would have been fine, but the top bands were simply too tight across the top of my foot. It was very disappointing since the foot bed was very comfortable. I guess I have to stick with models that have velcro so I can adjust the straps to my liking.

Gahhhhh finally! Found a perfect sandal. Got the red and purple. Love the support. Love the feminine knotted touch so they don’t look super clonky/manly. They are def more casual girly (and less mountain hiker chick!) which is what I wanted.

This shoe is super comfy and cute. I would have gone with 5 stars across the board, but the knots rub a little in the top of my foot and the straps are a bit bulky. Overall, a great pair of summer sandals!

These are great sandals! I love the relaxed look with out them being a flip flop. the knots are a nice touch to the look of the sandal. I did have to adjust the little band where straps joined so the seam of the little band was not pushing into my foot but beyond that I love them.

Love the wider width.. the Regulars were too narrow and killed me.. but these are great !

I had to reorder the wider width. The Regular width killed my instep. The wider width was much better

When I initially placed my order, I ordered my regular size, which is a 6 M. I had read others' reviews about the decorative part of the strap hurting their feet. Well, it happened to me as well. I returned that pair and re-ordered my size in a wide width. Problem solved! I love the comfort of these shoes. It's like walking on a cloud. I bought a single pair, but I will likely buy more in different colors. These shoes are reasonably priced and I think they'll be the hit of my summer.

After a lot of internal struggle, while wearing these on my feet for a couple of short periods of time, around the house, I have decided to return them. I don't want to! I love the fabric, the color, the style, the fit, and the materials all feel just very nicely made and put together. I just can't get past the decorative knot that's on the connecting piece of fabric, that lies on top of the foot. I read the reviews. and I tried things others suggested to help ease the pain... but over time, that knot is like a pressure dressing, and it just becomes too much. I had a bad feeling when I first tried them on, and after a few minutes, I thought it would be okay... but after more time had passed, the increasing pressure from that little knot was just too much!

The only minor con to these shoes is the knot that sits right on the top of the bone in middle of the foot. It can be somewhat painful if the shoe is tightened too much.....or if you like your shoes held no snuggly. Otherwise the shoes are very comfortable and are very cute. The color is great with pretty much everything.

I originally ordered a size 7, my size, and they were way too small. I exchanged them for an 8, and they fit much better. The bands keeping the straps together are painful after a while, and I constantly have to move the bands around to relieve the soreness. They also leave marks in my skin, so I'm going to experiment with creating a more-permanent adjustment. I am willing to modify these sandles, as I like the design and the fit, and I also love how they cushion my feet when I'm standing a lot.

Loved the support, the soft fabric and design of the twisted fabric. The back strap that goes around the heel was designed poorly as the velcro part that should secure it isn't long enough. I believe others mention this as well, but I wanted to make these work.

This is my first pair of Clarks and am impressed with the support and fit. The cross over is a little uncomfortable but when I loosened the strap it didn't cut into my foot as much.

I ordered a 10 W which is my normal size-perfect. Not much arch support but very comfortable and nice looking.

Love the color and they are very classy looking. Very comfortable, like the cloth straps think they will be great on hot summer days. They will look great with summer dresses plus casual capris and jeans

I needed some sandals for a vacation so I ordered four pairs to try out. This pair is the one I kept. One reason they work well is that there is no strap against the bunion on my right foot and this is hard to find. The footbed is quite comfortable and has moderate arch support. I wore them around the house all day and my feet felt great with one exception -- the underside of the little band that cinches the large bands was a little irritating on one foot. I turned the band so the seam was on the side and not against my foot and that helped. One of my feet is bigger than the other and on the smaller foot, the positioning of the velcro doesn't allow the back strap to be adjusted any further -- a poor design. So I will have to use my sewing machine to fix it. But this is the way it goes -- there always seems to be an issue that requires some work and I really like these shoes. Overall, I think these shoes look great which is rare for shoes that are comfortable.

This sandal has comfortable cushiony sole with a slight bit of arch (not really arch support per Vionic, but it's a little bit raised in the arch area). I have a high instep and the knots on the fabric upper made indentations on the top of my foot. It bothered me enough that I couldn't wait to get them off. Too bad because they were comfy and the red sole is fun. I'd say they are 1/2 size too small. I wear a Euro size 38 and US size 8. I ordered an 8.5 wide and it fit my foot.

Really cute and fit perfectly BUT the tie digs into the top of my foot. Walked around the house for less than an hour and had to take them off.

I was a little concerned about the knots pressing on my foot but they don't at all; they are just fabric bands which slide a little bit on the microfiber cloth and allow the shoe to adapt to your foot! Very comfy and chic looking with a comfortable footbed!

I wanted to love these shoes. They are so cute on. However, the knot on top was irritating and left a mark on my foot. I tried moving the knot, etc. but it still left a mark. I got a wider shoe and a longer size and it still left a mark. I loved the thick cushioning foot bed, but it had no arch support which caused the ball on the right foot to start hurting after a wearing it around the house. I'm disappointed.

I love the Clarks cushy Cloudstepper footbed and own a pair of Arla Jocory, but the fabric knots of these Arla Primrose hurt. I was hoping the fabric would be soft, but it's not. The knots, while cute, dig into your skin. Sending these back.

Strap across the top was way too tight. My arch is to high. Shame because the soles did feel like colds but after 10 min the top of my foot really hurt.
