This messanger bag is great quality material , lightweight ,has many pockets, very comfortable strap I gave to my husband, he takes it to work and everywhere he goes . He is very glad to use this bag because he can organize his stuff in the bag and always can know in wich pocket is his stuff( phone , keys, wallet some business papers)

Used this for work everyday, need a simple and light weight bag since I 'm using commuter train, and this bag just perfect, the size and interior really good, with some pocket I can put a lot of stuff. The strap is really comfortable for my shoulder, very recommended.

This is my daily bag. I have been able to use it for short trips, its my work pack and gym bag all in one. I have everything close at hand; and am able to find what I need at a moments notice. I have surprisingly even been able to use as a quick grocery run pack.

The new flight messenger bag is lightweight and durable! The xs fits everything I need to carry on a day-to-day basis - iPad, book, pens, keys and wallet! I really like how the brass/army colorway is easy to match with any casual outfit!

This will be perfect for carrying things to the beach and parks with me this summer and for running errands around the city. Not large enough for a work bag, but very convenient for personal use. I also will use this to travel instead of my one strap purse as its more spacious and durable.

Great product. HIGH quality. THis looks like a $500 bag. Wish it was a little larger, but otherwise is great. I would put this up against my Tumi anyday!

I love the Classic style but still, want to be stylish and don't look old. I have 5 Timbuk2 Classic Messenger Bags in different sizes. They are great when I run errands, go to a supermarket, travels, or hang out w/ friends. I have one that I customed the colors and it was so much fun to custom one with the staff at the store. I love the new material that they bring this time. It is lightweight and doesn't require a lot of work to maintain ( well, I never take care of my other T2 bags too.) In this bag, you will find many features that other brands does not offer, like CAM burkle, easy access zipper pockets, life-time warranty, removable crossbody strap and so on. I will suggest this bag to all my friends.

I love this bag, especially in the black and blue. The bright yellow lining is a nice touch. I like that it's lighter than the classic messenger bag, but still had all of the pockets and feature that make the classic such a quality bag.

I'm really enjoying the bag. I just got back from a 2 week vacation in which I used the bag in travel. I used it as my carryon. It had so much space! As I was going through multiple airports I really wanted a pass through strap to carry it on my roll aboard bag. You would think with a name like "flight" it would have that.

Love Timbuk2 bags! I've been a big fan of these messenger bags since 1992., I have 10 bags between messenger and backpacks . I started off with the basic messenger's bag to hold all my railroad gear. The material is awesome and durable, cleans up well and I love the reflective tabs. They think of everything when it comes to organizing a bag. Nothing falls to the bottom. Will always be a loyal customer.

I use this bag to lug a 16-inch Macbook Pro to the office. Style: good looking jet black bag; Strap: not a lot of grip, so it slides off my shoulder when wearing jackets like windbreakers or bubble jackets; quick-release mechanism doesn't work as well as expected; Storage: sufficient, but the 16-inch feels a bit tight in the M; Padding/Feel: with the laptop in, the bag is very stiff and can bang into my side while walkingfeels like there should be more padding or a better design for positioning a full-sized laptop; Overall: bag looks great, works less great, ok

This is really a well designed bag. It is a solid build and seems very sturdy. I like it much better than another brand I have had for years. I use this bag for commuting and work. However, the one issue I have the bag has to do with the hook & loop Velcro fastener system for the top. The "hook" side of the Velcro is attached to the body of the bag which catches the straps that are now beginning to fray after only a few months of getting stuck to the hook side. It also catches other pieces of fabric at times, too. I can't imagine what this will be like using the bag with a sweater in colder months. Not sure what the experience was like in development if the Velcro was reversed top to body of bag as perhaps there are issues with the top having the hook side of things and getting stuck on things. I will likely try placing a loop section of Velcro or other fabric on the lower unused portion of the 2 hook strips and see if that helps. In all other ways, I am really stuck on this bag for the better... (sorry, couldn't resist)

Excellent bag, great design - fits the majority of items you would need for work while also commuting. I love the new waterproof interior. I miss the carabiner-like quick clasp that would attach the additional chest strap - now it is a velcro attachment. I'm not sure about the water bottle spaces either, they could be bigger to accomodate a 32 oz Nalgene or Hydroflask.

This bag has all the pockets and compartments I need to keep everything in its place. I wish it came in the array of colors available for the Messenger bags that are customizable. I can't find a reason to use the center strap inside the flap that goes from front to back. Makes it hard to get to your stuff and gets in the way.

Really like the bag after a few weeks use. The strap is too short though and I am not that tall. Trying to figure out how to add an extension which is not ideal.

Solid, high quality, and perfect sized messenger bag! This is the perfect size for long day trips, fits my iPad Pro safely, as well as my phone, and other daily items. There is great organization (love the pocket with a keychain at the front for keys!) but I got it to be more of a purse and it's not ideally organized for that purpose. For example, I really wish this bag had a zippered inner pocket, like most bags do, for discrete items like tampons, and this does not have that at all. This is the biggest downfall for me, I honestly have nowhere to hide them. I'm not sure if this is an XS size thing? Also, it has two small mesh water bottle pockets at the sides, and I like the sentiment, but they seem way to small for their intention. I carry a giant water bottle around with me everyday... I just end up using them as normal pockets/pen holders, which they aren't great at. Again, high quality and will keep your stuff safe plus some nice organization, but not perfect. It would also be wonderful to see more feminine colors, please!

Small bag for short errands with minimal gear load. A bit small for most times, thought it was a bit larger.

I have a messenger bag from timbuk2 that I like a lot I use it to run errands or to transport my Mac . The only con that I have and that's why I gave it four stars Is that it doesn't have a zippered top load , I really don't feel comfortable with just the flap down , it has Clips yes but a zipped bag would be the ultimate assurance that things won't slip out the bag, if for whatever reason the bag falls plus it could protect a little more it's contents from a lite rain, a little more internal pockets would be great too

This casual bag is the perfect size for running errands or going on outings with my 4yo. It holds her water bottle, a snack, hat, sunscreenall the things little kids need, plus my own stuff without feeling too bulky. The strap is comfy. I wish there were an outside phone pocket and a silent non-Velcro closure (it's a very loud tbh) but overall this is a solid hands-free bag for parents who don't need a diaper bag anymore but still have to carry a couple things.

I previously bought a medium messenger bag, I think this small size is perfect because it is not really small at all. I can carry an iPad, a kindle, a couple of notebooks, a 1 liter bottle of water, keys, pens and other small stuff. The not so good are about the bag are the bottle slots, these are too small and only a very small bottle can fit in; and maybe a little more division on the inside for a better organization of little stuff, which can get lost when you want to find it.

It works really well for my ride to and from work, storing laptop, notebooks, snacks, and lock - and even gym clothes on occasion! I wish the green color didn't require purple clips, but oh well. And I wish there was an outside loop or loops to attach my u-lock, instead of putting it in the bag with my other gear.

I love the bag. It's definitely going to last a long time. The only thing is that there's so much to the bag that I gad to watch a video to figure out what everything was for.

I use this for School, folders, note books, coffee thermos, pens. It is nice. There are two thermos holders of the same size inside. They are both a little tight for my 16oz. They would be better as different sizes. The Velcro is noisy and a bit much. A cover, for the Velcro or other way to avoid the loud opening might be an improvement. I use the clips and feel the Velcro unneeded, but not sure it would better missing all together. Finally, outside access is limited. I'd like a pen pocket and single folder slot, even if sticks out. There is a narrow letter envelope size pocket but it is tight and hard to access. A loop on the strap for a carabiner or clip would be another addition that is hard to retrofit.
