wanted to love these! they're great looking .. but almost 'too flat'.... didn't feel much cushion under my foot at all! they also don't fit well.. running nearly 1/2 size smaller in length and the toe box felt kinda narrow. too bad - cuz they're cute. I need more support and I can't imagine these shoes would take a pounding in the gym. have to return.

They're a disappointment, especially for a New Balance. Went walking after it rained and it was a new experience in keeping footing. These are slippery as all get out. Also, the fit is weird. They're not actually short, but because of shallow toe box, they feel it.

Shoe felt much too soft and more like slippers than shoes. I found it difficult to get the shoes on and the heel felt like it was going downhill. Just didn't work at all.

i agree, these shoes are comfortable as long as you don't plan on doing much in them...the front area of the sole is soo thin. i had planned on wearing these to work out--aerobics as it had come up as cross trainer, however i just knew they were not right for anything like that so they went back.

This was the fourth time I ordered these shoes. I wanted to Love Them; unfortunately, I couldn't find the right fit. If I got them to fit in the toe box lengthwise, then they were too wide. If I ordered the medium width, they felt short in the toe box. They are comfy and super cute, but not the right shoe for me.

I love these shoes, they fit nicely through the box, but there were seams on the inside that cut into my feet.

So disappointed in the quality of this shoe. I’ve loved New Balance for decades and this shoe got worn out and dirty very quickly - like in a few weeks. I used it for just driving around town running errands and such. Nice concept for a shoe in terms of design and color but really needs improvement in overall quality and durability.

These are way smaller than my other NB shoes. These shoes are my normal size that I've worn for years. All of a sudden no longer fitting. I think it is the style change does not work for me. Wanted an all black non-leather shoe. Really don't like white trim that will get filthy in 5 mins. I will be returning them as soon as possible.

These were much smaller than the other 8.5 New Balance shoes I've bought in the past.

The sizing seemed spot on. I loved that they are slip on, makes changing into to them quick and easy. The design is modern, they could be work with jeans easily. However, I was looking for an actual athletic shoe, and I believe these are fashions shoes lying about being an athletic shoe. I ordered 8 1/2 Wide (I have a wide toe Box and narrow heel) and it still seemed like my foot was spilling over the sole. My heel felt very cushioned and supported, but that’s where it ended. The arch support is minimal and there is no padding at the ball of the foot. So they are quite painful to work out in actually. Had to return.

To small

Loved the look of these. However, I returned them. Not much support. I usually wear an 11 wide, but these were short. Typically I don't have an issue with the New Balance in wide width. Loved the style and was disappointed that they had to be returned.

had ordered navy and loved. Unfortunately, the white was a different fabric altogether, so maybe that's why fit was different. Toe box was bigger and wrinkly - had to return, so would be hesitant to buy other colors.

These shoes do not offer much support. They are comfortable in a slipper kind of way. They were much too loose in the heel and allowed my foot to roll. I had to send them back.

Construction of shoe flimsy and bad fit, even though the size seemed right. NB's higher end shoes are much better quality.
