My shoes are too small , so I went online to get return label,but, unable to print. I also called 800 Number and spoke with someone to return shoes and order larger size and they were supposed to send me return label and I never got it!!!

It made my blister worse. I am sorry! It didn't work out for me

I had to return them and I still haven't heard anything back. I know they've been received, but I haven't been credited back my money. They probably are good shoes, but there's nothing I can share on in that direction.

I had a blister on my foot and it made it worse. Sorry!

The wide was too narrow for my feet, so I returned them. They also seemed a little short.

This is a nice shoe and I will be it soon in a larger size. But I found that my usual shoe size just didn't work (ordered online so hadn't tried on in advance). I'm guessing it's about a half size too small.

Not sure if I just missed this review or it's just me who has noticed this, but my sneakers were just delievered and I noticed how low they hit on the inside of the ankle. You can see in the pictures that it dips down but it's so low it looks incredibly strange with socks. Sad to say I'll be returning these:(

I expected better quality and more support from A New Balance walking sneaker.

This is the third pair of the same shoe I bought over the past two years. The fit was not good on the left shoe. Since I have not had an issue with the other two pair I purchased, I feel this may have been a defect

Cute shoes but wouldn't recommend them. First time putting them on, all I could hear is squeaking noises from the sole. No support, my feet are killing me after I take a short walk. Wouldn't purchase them again.

The shoes felt too small and too narrow. I've always bought new balance shoes it was always a perfect fit. however these run very small. It's a shame I had to return them I really like the way they look.

These shoes are basics useless because the soles squeak. It's annoying to walk in them and I feel self content when people are near.

I WORK IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM AT THE HOSPITAL. I ORDERED THESE BECAUSE SO MANY HAVE SAID HOW LIGHT WEIGHT AND COMFORTABLE THEY ARE. WHEN I RECIEVED THEM I LOVED THEM BUT AFTER A WEEK I NOTICED MY RIGHT SHOE WAS COMING APART AT THE SEAM. THIS HAS BEEN THE ONLY SHOE THAT IS COMFORTABLE ENOUGH WITH ALL THE WALKING AND STANDING ON MY FEET I DO. IM SCARED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER PAIR.

I got these because they were listed as good walking shoes. They are not if you have a high arch. There is no arch support at all.

Cute but not enough arch support. Use them for walking.

They were very cute shoes - however I could not get my foot into the opening.

Did not care for the support system. LOved the feel of the shoe but again I need a support system and this did not give to me. Again wish New Balance would have some better looking walking everyday wear shoes. The newer colors are horrible as I am not one that has a pair of shoes for every outfit that I wera.

They have a nice soft insert that is foam and comfortable. Cool style. However, I am always a size 8 in all brands of sneakers (including NB). However, as soon as I slipped these on: my front toes were jammed uncomfortably in the front of the shoe. They felt like a size smaller. No possible way to wear these and I needed them this week. I would advise 100% to size up.. maybe 0.5 size up? You can not exchange/ return in stores with online orders. They do provide UPS shipping label to return but will take 10+ days to get your money back.

It was a nice lightweight shoe, but the tongue is connected to the shoe and so I was not able to get it on.

I loved these shoes. They were so comfy. I was able to wear them for long periods of time and not have any pain in my feet like I get with other shoes. I had them for a little over 2 months when they ripped at the seam on the top of my foot. I was so upset I hadn't had them for long at all and didn't overwear them and they ripped. Would've loved to purchase many more pairs but now I don't know if I can :(

Although these shoes are comfortable when you first put on because of their stretchy fabric, they cannot be worn for very long. They are narrow ( I don't think I have wide feet) and feel like the inside of my feet are hanging off the shoe. They do not have any arch support because of this. I even wear them with plantar fasciitis insoles. I got them online thinking they would be as fabulous as another style of my NB shoes, therefore did not try on before buying. I would have returned them, but travel to their store is an inconvenient distance.

They give you the options to do wide but thats still doesn't help. The shoe itself is just narrow. I got a 10w and the length is perfect but I would be able to put the shoe on of it didn't stretch.

I wore these for about 1.5 months, very gentle use (walking to and from campus on flat sidewalk), and they got holes in both shoes!! I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and helped me get a new pair for free in a different color. When they arrived, there was a stain on the top. Have yet to see how long this pair will last.

One size was too short and the next half size up was too big. Very unfortunate for a comfortable shoe.
