The toe space has no height so if your big toe is not flat, you will need a full extra size. Shame because the design is very nice and would be very comfortable otherwise.

Normally I’m a Nike Free-run type of gal but I decided to switch it up. I’ve never tried New Balance shoes before but thought these were really cute in black. So I bought these shoes roughly 5 months ago. I didn’t really wear them for the first two months because it was summer and still pretty hot here in FL. Since then, I have been wearing them casually out and about probably 2-3 days a week and they already have a hole were my big toe is. These shoes are super comfortable but did not hold up at all! My husband’s ASICS that he’s had for over a year look better than my shoes with only a solid 3 months of wear. And he wears his every day! I wouldn’t buy these again, the upper fabric needs to be better quality.

Hard to say if this shoe would have been as comfortable as it seemed because they were too small. They were really lightweight though and a bit cuter than your average sport shoe.

These shoes are cute and very lightweight. I ordered a 9 wide but they feel a little narrow, plus they are tight on the top of my feet so there isn't much room to wiggle my toes. Most people I think would like this shoe, but for me, they would make my feet ache. Plus I just need more cushion between my feet and the ground. I'll be returning these.

Good looking shoes and the black/charcoal color scheme I am seeking. However, the fit causes the heel to feel lower than the ball of the foot. No Bueno. Will be returning and continuing my search.

Pretty comfortable but they also felt flimsy/cheap so I’m not sure how long they would last. They seem okay for walking around but I wouldn’t work out in them. My usual size was too small so I tried a half size up and they fit okay but were still slightly loose/wide. I ended up returning them.

Material felt cheap and I don't think it would hold up long. Minimal arch support.

I want these so badly because they are so cute but the fit is just not right. The insert in the right shoe is really uncomfortable in both the narrow and wide. I tested them around the house and it feels like there is zero support in the shoe.

These are cute shoes, overall I like them. Memory foam is nice but the soles are a bit thin. I bought Wides and though the material stretches, I'm not sure the width is enough, seem to overhang a bit. Overall they are comfy like slippers, but not sure I would want to walk too far in them, as they seem flimsy. I've kept them because they suit the purpose, but they are a bit expensive for what they are and wouldn't buy them again.

This is an adorable, very comfortable style, but I gave it less stars because it was not true to size for me. Based on reviews, some even thought it fit like a size larger! My normal size is 11- however NB may always fit smaller and everyone else is used to that. I'll revisit my review after the larger size arrives. I could have loved this shoe but I won't know as I could not get my big hoof into it. It runs really short.

The length felt a little short even though I ordered a half size up as I normally do with New Balance. The width was ok. The color and style were ok. The attached tongue was unusual, but didn't bother me. The main issue I had was they didn't feel like they had much support in the sides. They were overall very light, and kind of thin and floppy. I didn't think they would last very long. I returned them.

I wear 9.5 in New Balance for working out but these were just to short at the toes. I don't get it don't they use same patterns or lasts to build their shoes? will have to try next 1/2 size up but my heel might be swimming so who knows.

Wish it came in 12 narrow. I needed it right away, and B width ok with insole in it. But my toe hit the end of the shoe. I need a style that has those extra grommets to "lock" my heel in place.

Cute and lightweight, but without the cushioning and support of other New Balance models. Could not get my orthotics to sit in them comfortably.

These shoes are so cute and they actually are very comfortable. I walk a lot so I need a shoe with more support. Unfortunately I have to send them back.

I have a very high arch and need a lot of arch support so I always look for shoes with a removable insole. This was possible with this shoe, but I found when I removed the insole, and put in my own orthotic, the shoe wasn't cushy enough anymore. It is very soft and plenty wide, just not thick enough in the sole for me. As I am getting older, I have less fat on the bottom of my foot and need more and more cushioning. URGH! I would have loved to have kept these shoes.

These shoes are super comfortable- I can slip them on and off leaving them tied loosely.The insert is a squishy foam that has a lot of spring. I am a wide width and they have plenty of room in the toe box. I bought my regular size 6 and 1/2 and they fit perfectly. I originally ordered the black and they are NOT black, they are a yucky brownish with black soles. Not even a grey. Honestly, they looked like a mans shoe to me. I reordered the same shoe size in the overcast/white and LOVE that color. It is a neutral off white grayish color that is great in the summer with a white sole. I love them and they are my favorites.

These run very small and very narrow. I usually buy wide/D shoes, but can sometimes wear regular width depending on the brand. I bought a 10D and I usually wear a 9.5. These were too short and too narrow. I'm returning them. They felt light and would likely be comfortable if I had a proper fit.

Like the color, like the lightness of the shoe and the memory foam and the thin tongue. But the toe box was too narrow and the shoe felt short. If I had kept I would have needed my orthotics.

These are very attractive and incredibly light, but unfortunately run a lot narrower than the other New Balance shoes that my daughter wears. They were uncomfortably narrow for her, even though we ordered the same size and width as usual. Had to return, but thanks to Zappos, that wasn't a problem.
