Yikes these are narrow! Compared to my other new balance fresh foam slip ons, these were so painful and uncomfortable! I could feel the insole sides ending on each side of my foot like I was walking on a narrow balance beam. Super bummed because I love the pull loop to help pull these on and they are adorable. I sent them back immediately.

I like the look and comfort. One thing that is irritating is the fact that the way it fits on my heel makes my socks slide down. I have to keep adjusting my sock mid workout or walk.

Very cute shoe. I liked the ease in slipping them on. However, there’s just not much “body” to the shoe, particularly the toe box. I didn’t feel like they would last very long, or give me any protection on an inclement day. Therefore, I returned them.

I like new balance but the shoe seems to angle down in the toe box which doesnt work for my big toe. Only people whose big toe angles up will understand! haha!

I bought this shoe as an alternative to some older shoes I used at work - Altras. I've been on this minimalist shoe game for a few years and I'm actually trying to get out of it. So this shoe needed to be a bit wider - the width was good. But the heel was still too high volume for my narrower heel. My foot was sliding around in the shoe - because I don't have a truly narrow foot - and this shoe was designed to be wide all over. Also, the description of the shoe led me to believe there would be some arch support. The only thing inside was a flimsy layer between you and the base of the shoe. Not exactly "arch support".

These may be true to size if you are wearing them without socks, but I need a size larger than normal to accommodate socks.

These are so cute in person. For me, these ran narrow and with little support. My right foot started to hurt on the inner left side after a week. I thought maybe it was my socks, but the pain increased, and it felt like the shoe was not supporting my in step enough on that foot. I’m not sure what’s up with New Balance, but I’ve been unhappy with the last couple pairs I’ve tried. I’m gonna hv to try a different brand.

When I first put them on, they felt GREAT. They were so light and comfortable that I felt like I was walking barefoot: no pulling, chafing or restriction. I was so delighted with them. After walking on the carpet with them, however, my right heel began to hurt slightly. I took the shoe off and re-positioned my foot in it and tied the laces more snugly. It seemed to improve momentarily, but the pain came back. I had plantar faciaitis problems before and realized that these shoes did not have enough or proper support for me. I am very disappointed because the style and initial comfort of them was so good. ZAPPOS price, quality, swift delivery, and return policy was great.

Loved the shoes but they were too small

Returned this shoe. I liked the style of the shoe, but the shoe runs a half a size small and the arch runs really narrow (and I have narrow feet). The arch was cutting into the arch of my foot. I wear a 7 and the 7 was a half a size too small.

These were very cute but not really a sneaker. They’re more of a slip on style and I couldn’t see myself enjoying working out in them. I have a high arch, so enjoy a bit of support there that this doesn’t have. With my high instep, I was impressed that I could get them on despite the absence of a tongue & laces, also have a wider foot and these were very comfortable in that regard. These are going back as I wanted a more functional sneaker - these are more style and hanging around town.

They are very comfortable shoes but if you wear a .5 size I would go up to the next whole size. Also, the black/black are not black; they are in fact a very dark grey. I was pretty bummed about this because I wanted an all black shoe but didn’t want to go through The hassle of shipping them back and finding another pair hoping they would be all black.
