Cute shoe but poor arch support. Size is appropriate.

Love the shoes. They are comfortable and stylish. However the laces do not stay tied due to the weight on the tips.

Shoes are aesthetically pleasing and they feel very light and comfortable. We bought 2 different pairs of New Balance shoes and they both were one size too small. Good shoes but size up!

If you've ordered New Balance shoes before, these will be true to size. If this is your first pair of New Balance, they run a half size small. I wear a 6.5 normally, but in New Balance shoes I always wear a size 7. I've purchased three different styles/pairs of New Balance Shoes this year, and with all of them I got a size 7, and they were perfect. That being said, these shoes are only cute casual shoes. To me they have a relaxed fit that wouldn't work for anything physical. Definitely not a running, walking, or "on your feet all day" shoe. They are just cute, not functional. They are comfortable but offer no real support, arch or cushion. I still totally love them because I had zero expectations and just wanted a pair of casual athetlic shoes. Shoes for the person that wants you to think that they might exercise, but they don't. They are made cheap and will not last, so make sure you get a good deal. If you pull too hard on the loop to put them on, they will make an unpleasant sound, alerting you that they will rip. The laces will not make the shoes tighter, but they will make the tongue bunch up. And last but not least, the heel is not comfortable against your skin without ankle socks. I would not recommend no show socks with these.

This is comfortable if you're just doing light walking, but there's not enough cushioning for more than that--I walked for an hour in these and could feel that the cushioning had condensed by the end. These also run very narrow. I do like the look of them a lot, though.

This is a very nice, lightweight and cute shoe that just won't work for me. I need shoes that are truly slip on without bending over. These fit nice when they are on but they can't be just stepped into.

I was hoping for a light weight workout and/or walking shoe - these are not that. The soles are thin and uncomfortable, and when I go to my HIIT workout classes in them my heel slips out the back constantly. These are great for running errands and for wearing casual sneakers though! But working out or being comfortable on my feet for a long time, not so much. The thicker running shoes (I have the Fresh Foam Roav's, they're great) are better for those activities.

I usually wear an 8 1/2 in runners and an 8 in most other types of shoes. FIT: 8 1/2 worked fine. APPEARANCE: these shoes are very nice, they look good with shorts and pants. PERFORMANCE: the arch support isn't there, it feels more like I'm wearing flip flops. I walked around for 4 miles one day and my feet were sore by the end of it.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable and cute. They fit true to size, lightweight, and I have enjoyed wearing them. However, after less than a year, the flimsy fabric has started to wear through at the toe on both shoes. Pretty disappointing as I really liked these.

Not that good for concrete floors tried working in them too flat

I ordered these shoes as a replacement for another pair I had (and loved), but which got messed up by paint. I was very disappointed when, after wearing this new pair out for the first time, the inner soles of both shoes came out with my feet! The previous pair I had did no such thing, so this seemed to me to be a quality issue. My dad glued both down which resolved the issue, but we shouldn't have had to repair anything.

They're okay, but too warm feeling. Wanted cooler.

These are well-made, as always with New Balance, and very comfortable and true to size. But the soles have a raised spot near the ball of the foot and toes. Walking in them is a very strange experience. It is the sole reason I have returned them. Pun intended.

They're super cute but they don't have a lot of support.

I use these athletic shoes for indoor training. I have found them to be comfotable but they are sized differently than other athletic shoes. I find they are sized a bit short and wide. I had to get a half size longer than I always wear. And they are wide so the heel is loose. When I do floor sprints they want to come off. So comfy but not really great for what I need them for- atheletics. A bit disappointed in New Balance.

Package arrived damaged with ripped and holed so I threw right away (Covid!!!) Then when I tried on I was very surprised how light and cute they are However although I ordered 1 size bigger they were still too small I just shopped them back Sad !!!

I like the design of the shoe but it is wide. The way the stitching is on the shoe it cannot be laced up tight enough. If you have narrow feet perhaps you want to look at another design

I think they are cute and light weight. They were too narrow for me. I did order a wide but still too narrow.

The shoes are super cute and comfortable, but evidently run a full size small. I'm usually an 8, but I ordered an 8.5 to be safe and my toe just hits the front of the shoe.

I use these for my regular walking shoes. I bought them to replace my old Adidas. They are not horrible but they are a step down. I recommend buying them a 1/2 size up because they are not tight but they are very constricting. I'm a perfect size 6 shoe and I should've bought a 6.5. They are very cute though and wouldn't wear them for work outs by definitely to walk around and go places.

Such a nice shoe. I like how light they are! But they definitely run small and are not for wide feet like mine. Even though they're "wide fit"

Love the fit and comfort but I need black sneakers. These are navy w black trim, laces, and sole.

I sized up a half size and they were still too small, going to try a full size up now.

Unfortunately they are going back because they were too short.
