Very comfortable with the factory insole. I prefer more arch support, so I tried my orthotic, and my foot felt like it was slipping out of the sneaker. So I will just use the one that came with the sneakers and see how I feel. I love the look of the grey with the black sole.

Very comfortable, light weight, great traction. The only down side is that I first tried them on carpet with white sox and the heel lining bled black on my socks. Hence the 4 stars. Since they are black and I will only be wearing black socks with them it was not enough of a problem to return them.

Great shoes-- I'm really disappointed that I have to return them. They're feather-light, easy to slip on without uniting, cute, and would be very comfortable if they weren't a smidge too short. I wear a ladies' 12, so I'm always hopeful that the largest available size will fit, but they don't.

The shoes are super comfy and look great on! The only problem I had was the sizing. I bought a different shoe from the New Balance FuelCore line a couple months ago in a size 8 and they fit great and I love them, so for this shoe I bought an 8. Unfortunately, they are about a half size too small. I will have to exchange for an 8.5, because they are such cute and comfy shoes!

These shoes were awesome! I can wear them to work and then straight into the gym. They have enough cushion for running, while being flat enough to weigh lift. Truly the perfect sneaker.

I loved the look and the feel of these, and they fit me just like other new balances. But, they were SO WIDE! I never have an issue with this, but these shoes were so wide literally everywhere I had to tie the strings very tight to keep it on my foot. Even looking down at my foot when standing I could see into the shoe because there was space all around my heel and ankle. on the tongue and on the top the fabric would buckle as there was too much of it. Sadly returning.

I loved these shoes _(got them in the gray) and received tons of compliments. They are lightweight and very comfortable. I only wore them for short amounts of time (i.e., 2 hours or less) and the day I had them on for a full day, they started to hurt my toes. I believe they just ran too small or have a low front box (These were not used for jogging, just walking). Very disappointed and ended up giving them to a friend. I hadn't worn new balance before and they may just run smaller than I am used too.

I tried them on as soon as they came and I loved how they looked. They were comfortable, but the sole was way too soft and offers zero arch support. The shoe was narrow for wide sizing, and they definitely felt a half a size or so small. I’m unfortunately disappointed, and will be returning them.

I truly wish I could have kept these shoes! The one and only issue for me was an elastic band that crosses over the top of the shoe. The top of my foot is very tall/arched - it’s the reason I can’t wear boots- and the elastic restricted the opening and made it difficult to get my foot in. The opening isn’t unduly restricted and I can’t imagine this will be an issue for the majority of people. I was able to get the shoes on but could tell the tightness across the top of my foot would be a problem in the long run. Excellent shoe otherwise

These for nice and snug and soft, like a hard sole slipper. I had been hoping to wear these to the gym but they really don’t offer support and the soft insole feels nice but doesn’t support the foot,it’s pretty flat.
They feel great, I would say, for errands or around the house. They are most definitely not waterproof on the top so be careful wearing outside when raining. I like the slip-on design.

These shoes are quite comfortable! I am flat footed and recently had foot surgery. I ordered a half size larger than normal so I had plenty of room for my recovering foot. I did replace the original footbed with an orthopedic insert to help with the arch support.

I wear a nine in shoes, I ordered these in a 9 1/2 wide, they are wide enough but they are short my toe comes right to the end I am going to return them and order at 10 I have never ever worn a 10,these run small. They are lightweight and seem very comfortable I hope the 10 fits. I will finish my review once I have them in a ten

Looking for shoe that would be appropriate for weight training and occasional crossfit style workouts. This has oddball styling. Certainly different but the whole thing is asymmetric. It fits fine, just clearly looks this way by design. My OCD would drive me nuts dealing with it so had to return it.

I bought these because my daughter wears them all the time. She loves them. Its great that the New Balance Logo is not so blatant. I need a wide toe box, these are too narrow, also run a bit short. But really cute.

I was looking for shoes that wear like sneakers but don't look like sneakers. We'll be in Europe for a lot of walking and comfort was the focus. These almost fit the bill -- they are very cute and do not look like sneakers. These shoes are very lightweight, comfortable but not as supportive as sneakers. I'm keeping them but for my European walking I'll try another shoe.

These are very comfortable general wear sneakers. The low cut ankle does not bother me. I did not realize there was no real "tongue" on the shoe, and I really like that! No more wrestling that stupid thing back into place every few minutes! These sneakers are very lightweight. Straight out of the box, I walked about 2 miles in them with no issues. They do not have much arch support, though, so I will have to swap out the memory foam inserts with something that works better for me, which takes away a little for the comfort selling factor. So, I'm only giving them 4 stars.

I am ALWAYS in search of a comfortable shoe for lots of walking, and so I wanted to love this one. The sole felt very cushioned, and the upper was very conforming, but there is a seam along in the inside of my foot that was rubbing on the bone, and it was uncomfortable, so these are going back.

I normally wear a 6.5 or 7. I ordered these in a 7 and even without socks my toes are squished to the top of the shoe. Reordering a 7.5 and 8 to see which size I need. Otherwise I absolutely love them. Love the purple color and that they are so light weight.

I have a pair of ON shoes and wanted another pair of them or similar. These are a good choice. Very lightweight and good looking. I use these type shoes for travel, walking around cities on tour, but not hardy enough for hiking.
