I LOVE these shoes. they look good they feel good and they are New Balance so you know they are quality. I was a bit disappointed in the width of the shoe. Normally I wear a normal width, but becuase of some recent foot and ankle swelling in one of my feet I went with the wide. Honestly, im not sure wha the normals feels like in this brand, but the wide feels just like a normal. The toebox is a bit wider and more comfortable but the area near the arch of the foot is not any wider. I will not be able to wear any fluffy or thicker socks with these, but I am still keeping becuase I love the way they look.

At least one half size too short...maybe more. Had to return.

Cute shoe but surprisingly a tad small. I've never had to return a New Balance shoe because it being too small.

Great shoes for problem feet. Bunions, calluses, hammertoes...Bad combo for anyone but these shoes certainly help with mobility. Had to go Up and Out, i.e. half size larger and wide width but happy I ordered and can go on my merry way.

Love this shoe and get many compliments on it. Got the navy one first, exchanged for the black and it's perfect. Only drawback is some difficulty getting it on, thus 4 stars. But, the tab at the heel is helpful. Wish it came in white. Thank you Zappos for your excellent customer service.

These are extremely comfortable and lightweight sneakers however they run about a half size shorter and are not truly black, rather dark grey. Liked them so much that I bought another pair, but in light grey and a half size larger.

Very comfortable shoe that also looks stylish. Had to order a half size larger than I usually wear.

I have ordered this shoe three times now. The first in my actual size 10.5 and wide. My toes were at the very end. The second I ordered an 11/narrow and it still felt like my toes were at the end. The third I ordered a 12/wide and I'm swimming in it. Disappointing, but the look and comfort are fantastic! I am ordering for the fourth time in hopes of finding the right fit...11/wide please work!

The fit and size were fine. I just need to have a shoe with a little more support.

Very comfortable, but there is a elastic band over the tongue that won't let you open the shoe very wide. I have a wide foot so this was a deal breaker.

I like a narrow shoe and this was a little wider than I wanted. I returned for that reason and the cut at the ankle. Nothing really wrong with them, just not for me. Very light weight shoe.

Ordered a women's 10 since that's the size I normally wear, but it was too small. Out of the 10.5, so I ordered an 11 and it fit perfectly. Would recommend buying at least a half-a-size up, maybe a full size before purchasing. Love the style, fit and comfort!

I loved the comfort of these shoes, but unfortunately have to return for a bigger size. I am usually a size 7 on sneakers. They are half a size smaller.

This shoe is cute and pretty comfortable. Usually New Balance are perfect for me but this one has an elastic strap that goes across your instep. I have high arches and a really high instep so the strap is a bit tight for me. Not a major problem but I wasn't expecting it as this detail wasn't in the description as I recall. I always take out the insoles and replace with a rigid, high arched insole and this makes the strap even tighter. It's been easing up with wear though. NB needs to remember that there are people with high insteps who have to be careful of any shoe with a Mary Jane type strap.

Comfortable, but not much support on sides of shoes near ankle. Good for everyday, but not for active walking. Not enough support for terrain or long distance walking.
