The shoe fit great. I have a wide foot and it was true to size and width. However, the material looked grey online and it was really white so I returned them. The material seems flimsy and will probably develop a hole within a year like my other New Balance shoes.

The shoes were fine fit and color-wise, but really, Zappos, can you not even attempt to hide the fact that they were used? If you can't clean the soles or provide the original shoebox/packaging, why not 1) donate the used shoes or 2) label them as open box and sell for a reduced price. You are not thinking about the customer and their excited anticipation of New Shoes! and the let down when they receive obviously used shoes (for a cost of over $100). Much respect to Best Buy, who labels open boxes. The "Hassle Free" box you provide - not buying that shtick.

Based on reviews, I ordered two pairs, 7 and 7 1/2 and in dress shoes I wear 6 1/2. The 7 1/2 fits very well. Because of foot surgery, my doctor advised I get the widest toe box available. I ordered EE which works well. I am thankful to find something that works and was on my feet in 24 hours. Returned the 7 and kept the 7 1/2.

I love New Balance shoes and these are no exception. I've had many pairs over the years. My only observation on this pair is that I searched for the color brown and these shoes popped up. Since it's often hard to tell color by looking at the computer monitor, I trusted they were brown and ordered them. They are in fact more of a purple than brown. I'll still keep them, but definitely not the color I was expecting.?

These shoes were noticeably smaller than the 1080s in the same size that I ordered for comparison. Although they felt comfortable out of the box, the skimpy sizing made me worry that materials might also be of lower quality. Instead of getting a larger size, I'm keeping the 10180s.

I have a feeling these will soon be my favorite athletic shoe ever. They felt great right out of the box, and that is a rarity for me. I have bunions, and New Balance is the only brand with a toe box that is wide and deep enough to accommodate those. The mesh upper provides extra give where I need it, and I can adjust the laces so that I my heel doesn't slip at the back. Just FYI, I wear 9EE in an everyday shoe, and 9.5EE in NB. Thanks, New Balance! And, a big thanks to Zappos for offering quite a number of EE shoes and making the buying process (right through to returns) so darn easy!

Can't rate comfort as I couldn't get into them. Even after removing the , very thin, insole, I could not put my orthotics and my feet into this shoe. Not enough volume. My older pair, which look the same, work great.

Nice shoe. They are stylish (imho), and pretty comfortable. I wore them to work for 8+ hours the day after I got them in the mail, and my feet were a little sore at the end of the day. It makes sense since I am still breaking the shoes in. I am happy with this purchase.

I've been wearing NB for over 25 years and a NB EE for a few years. These don't have the cushiony 'feel' I'm used to nor are they as supportive. When I put them on I noticed immediately that it did not have the signature comfort of NB. But what really surprised me is that these do not feel like a EE - they run much narrower. I would call the color a dark eggplant but it's quite attractive. However, these are definitely not a true EE on my feet so back they go! Those of us with EE have limited choices so this shoe is a real disappointment.

Ordered the 8W. I loved the color and styling. Usually New Balance marked Wide fit me, this one was on the narrow side.

I have wide feet. Where orthotics. They aren’t as soft or cushiony is Hokus but they’re very comfortable on the top where I have arthritis. I like the color and even with this size 9 foot they don’t make my feet look big or ugly

Great fit. I wear extra wide and the width was perfect. Shoe is attractive. I wear it for my daily walk in the park.

This shoe felt a good half to one size too short. And there was no support in the toe box area----just mesh that didn't feel "secure". The insole is comfortable. May be good enough for around the house but not to do any kind of exercise because of the lack of "solidness" in the forefoot area.

These definitely ran small. My toes hit the edge of the shoe. Order a half size larger. I like that they are light & breathable but your feet will get soaked in the rain. I didn't like the stark white color of the bottom.

Love love these shoes the extra wide is Perfact ! Also bought the dark purple! I am a Diabetic with of course bad knees and back , these shoes have enourged me to walk 3 miles a day!

I ordered my usual size of 8.5WW - these fit perfectly; I go out walking daily on groomed paths in the national forest, and these shoes support my foot well and are comfortable. My only complaint is that the shoe laces are the thin style, and too long for me so I need to double knot so the ends don't drag. I'm going to buy different laces, but would absolutely purchase these shoes again.

I sent these shoes back because I have a high instep. A strange combination of a narrow foot and a high instep causes me to shop only at zappos. I couldn't get my foot in these shoes. That is unusual since I bought New Balance before, but these didn't work for me.

I stepped right into these! I have always been a 9.5, but lately am sensing that my feet are changing. I ordered 9.5s, and once on, thought I'd better get a bit more toe room. Was worried about width as I have very little "meat" on my feet - I think this is always why I cheat length a bit so that I get a better overall fit - when I go to 10s they are sloppy. Ordered a 10 narrow and a 10 medium. 10 narrow is perfection! Thank you Zappos - I've figured out my new shoe equation. I believe the free, SUPER fast shipping makes the difference.
