This shoe not only looks great but is very comfortable on long walks with my dogs.

I usually buy a half-size up on New Balance, but after reading other reviews, I took a chance on my regular size, 9N. It fits well, though is not the easiest to put on because the laces come so far up the front of the shoe. The toe box is quite wide and comfortable, and I like how lightweight it is. If you have a high arch, however, this shoe is probably not for you. Overall, the shoe is appropriate for light exercise but not serious walking or hiking. I use it when exercising on my elliptical or running errands. Overall, it's not the best looking sneaker but will do. I'm keeping them but would not order this style again.

I am returning these shoes only because they are heavier than the others. I need a light weight shoe and bhe others two were better for m.

I love that New Balance carries narrow, stylish athletic shoes. These fit great and are light weight. I plan on wearing them on my vacation but I’m sure I’ll wear them around town as well.

Helped Plantar Fasciatis pain in heel but felt a little light in general support.

Very comfy. Toe box is a bit narrower at the front than other New Balance wide shoes. Nice for walking around the neighborhood. So comfy, that I bought a second pair. I do have foot issues, and almost always replace the insole on my shoes with a better one.

The shoes fit perfectly the first time I put them on. I bought them to replace a previous pair of New Balance walking shoes that also fit perfectly. They are also very lightweight. I've found that New Balance shoes are usually very true to size. I'd highly recommend these shoes.

I don't EVER write reviews...but I thought I would this time :) So I used to be an devoted New Balance customer! That's all I wore for years! Then I discovered Nike and have worn them for about 2 years. I noticed that my feet were beginning to bother me which for me is tell tale sign of needing new shoes. I happened to be away for a weekend in Vacaville, CA and went to the outlet stores. Well I decided to go into the New Balance store and I found these shoes. I tried them on and it felt like I wasn't wearing anything and they were so lightweight. They didn't have them in a color I liked so I came home and looked on here and purchased these ones! SO glad I didn't just settle for another color! Thanks Zappos for coming through!

This shoe is so attractive and it had the width I needed for my toes. My heel did not slip at the back. The problem I had is that New Balance has put a higher heel on the soul of the shoe that threw my natural walking gait off and made my back hurt. I was so sad to have to return this otherwise comfortable and good looking shoe.

I purchased the extra wide and went down 1/2 size of what I usually wear. The shoe was too big. My heels slid up and down while walking. Had to send them back. The color was a deep eggplant/purple, which I liked. The N was kind of a shiny rose color.

I ordered these in an 8M which is my regular shoe size. My big toe came to the end of the toe box, so I returned them for an 8.5. They felt a tiny bit snug in the medium width, but I'm sure they will stretch to be just right. I expect this next pair will be very comfortable.

I loved these shoes and gave them a run for the money right away as I had to run through an airport in them first thing. I ordered a 9.5 wide and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable for a wide foot and the toe room is right what I need it to be. I am always very worried about shoes being wide enough but these are truly perfect. Order your actual size and you will be happy. And, the nice thing is, if you are not, Zappos allows you to send back for free. But no regrets here!
