Love how stylish and comfortable these are. The black goes with a good number of outfits and they don't mess up the fashion aspect of an outfit. Great for being outdoors.

These shoes are warm and seem durable. Very grippy bottoms. I returned because I wanted a different style.

These are hard core and durable hiking shoes and waterproof. These are comfortable but nowhere near the comfort as the northface trail running shoes . I have about 6 pair of northface shoes . These are my most rugged . If you have a job where you stand all day , go for the trail runners and thank me later . Those are the most comfortable on this planet .

I like how they fit, , etc. but when walking in them, they make a weird squishing sound. I haven't walked in them long, and I'm not sure if this is the goretex material working it's way "in", but they are definitely loud shoes to walk in across concrete. It's almost like they need an air hole to let the pressure out of the toe when walking. They are definitely waterproof, I ran my foot under the faucet and there was no moisture transfer.

Have had many GTX NF shoes, but these are actually being replaced due to oder. Not sure if its the GTX in the shoe or me? I like the black/grey combo for casual work attire, but for whatever reason the shoe has "evolved" into something UN-wearable. : (

Comforatbale and stylish. Fabric on top of shoes is a little too roomy. When tightening laces, fabric can bunch up giving a sloppy appearance

I use these exclusively for hiking and especially for travel overseas where I spend most of my time out in the wilderness instead of cities. This is my 2nd pair of these shoes as I wore out the first pair I bought. These are really great shoes of which I only have one complaint and that is I wish there was a little more cushioning either in the midsole or perhaps a better insole insert. Don't get me wrong these are very comfortable shoes, but with the amount of walking and hiking I do in these I wish for a little more cushion. That's all. Otherwise, some of the best hiking shoes I've used and by far better looking than most.

Overall an excellent shoe and very happy with them. They are a little bit larger than I would usually wear. Typically I'm a size 11 and I ordered a size 11 and it's a little bit more roomy than I would like, but 10.5 was too small.
I would say it runs true to size but I am just in-between their sizes.

I don't really hike much, but these are comfortable as work shoes and seem waterproof for my long walk from the parking lot to the building, in the rain.

Shoes have been great and have survived a week through the parks and streets of Ireland! They are extremely comfortable and durable. 4 stars bc, liked mentioned in other reviews, the gortex does tend to keep your feet quite warm on sunnier/warmer days.

Product is good and delivers on all promises, only downside is the material can make your feet hot if the temperature is warmer (such as in summer time). Still think it is worth the purchase and I still wear it frequently.

I have worn these shoes several times and I really like them. They are hot (as other reviews mentioned prior to my purchase) due to the GoreTex liner and they are heavier than other similar shoes I have (again, to be expected for what they are designed for), but as I said before, I really like them. I can't wait to wear them camping and hiking and put them to proper use.

Not quite as comfortable as original version. A bit wider in toe box area than necessary, but I also have narrow feet. Sole is huge improvement over the II version, which was hard and uncomfortable and doubtful if ever useful as a light hike/trail runner shoe. Also that ridiculous urban flat foot look of II version is gone, and you can tell when you walk in them, Don't know about durability yet--just got them last month.

Wanted to love these trail shoes. GTX and Vibram soles are a great combination!
Sadly the material used for the upper is noisy and produces a "crunching" noise when walking. Tried two pairs and both have the same problem. Sadly these will be going back.
