The style and fit and size of this shoe were all great. It was listed as being "patent leather" OR manmade. SPOILER: it's ALL man made, including the black patent AND the shoe lining. When you wear a plastic shoe, which is what this is (really, a double layer of plastic), it will make your feet sweat and smell. NO thanks. Too bad about the materials. Otherwise, a great shoe.

These shoes were both too long to be a size 9 and not wide enough for a wide width.

I wanted to like these shoes because they were attractive. But they were simply too tight. Despite my wearing them around my house for a couple days, it became apparent that I was not going to break them in.

I have had these shoes almost a year but due to the pandemic they have only had 3 months of wear. I love the color, style and comfort of this shoe. They fit true to size and I love the extra height of the lug sole. I do have an issue with the tassels. For some reason I keep shredding tassel pieces as I move/walk. I keep finding them everywhere! This is very disappointing. Is this why they are/were on sale?

Purchased several colors as I was sure these were keepers. I have worn Franco Sarto before and like the brand's quality and design. Trying them on, I found them to be lightweight, good quality for the price point and stylish. But, the fit was off. Length and width were correct, but the wider heel prevented the shoe from staying on. I did buy a smaller size to see if that made a difference. It did not. And like others mentioned, it was a deal breaker and back they all went.

Unfortunately I had to purchase two sizes, one in a 10 which was way too big, and one in a 9, which was way too small, to the point where I could not even get my foot half way into the shoe. So I returned them both. I really liked the shoe, but was not going to order every size to try to find one that fits. I've never had a problem buying shoes from Zappo's in the past, but this was ridiculous.

I wish this shoe had worked! It looks fantastic, but...I consistently wear a size 9, but upon reading the reviews ordered the 8.5. The length was fine, however, the back half of the shoe runs wide (varying reviews on that, but it was mentioned). From the arch of my foot to the heel was loose and sloppy, socks wouldn't have helped. Have to send them back. Bummed!

Pretty shoe but very uncomfortable. The patent leather is too stiff and will probably never break in enough. Returning.

They are so cute on however I bought them to work in and they are not ideal if you’re on your feet for hours at a time. Keeping them to just wear out and about.

Loved the style of these, looking for cute and comfortable work shoes but they fit really sloppy. I literally walked out of them.

Third pair of same shoe; did not fit at all. I already own the black patent and navy patent and LOVE them. Ordered a third pair and these do not fit at all; cannot even get them on my feet. Very disappointing.

It took forever to break in, and then the sole cracked less than six months after owning the shoe. Got lots of compliments on the shoe, though.

While the shoe itself is very attractive, the fit was truly dubious................... left foot felt true to size; right foot kept falling off. After putting on surgical shoe covers to walk around to make sure I was not imagining it, it felt even more strange. Sadly enough, they have to go back! Sorry, Zappos - I love you and your service otherwise!

The shoe was good on the front part of my foot but got floppy on the heel part. The side kind of opened up too with every step I took.
