These shoes are adorable and don’t squeak! The bad news is I think they run a half size large, and there isn’t an 11.5 option:-/. These are super stylish and I might just learn to live with them not fitting because I love them!

I love these shoes. Sadly, the heel slips. I've tried the 8 and too snug. I love the lug/platform sole. Too bad they do not come in a narrow heel. Thanks Zappos for your amazing service. You da' best!

Very cute, dressier loafer with a nice sole. Ordered the 7 Medium but will return for a 6.5 Medium due to foot slippage from the back of the shoe. I tried my athletic inserts but they made the shoe too tight. Could have better arch support.

Very disappointed to see it doesn't come in a 9.5. The 10, my regular size, was roomy enough at the back for me to almost walk out of the loafer. Very wide heel at the rear did not fit my foot. Otherwise stunning style and materials.

Unfortunately I had to return these loafers because they were way too small, I couldn’t even get them on.

The right shoe appeared to have been previously tried on or worn by someone with much wider foot- the shoe was stretched out. There is no solid leather to the side of this shoe, the suede Feels flimsy on both sides so wouldn’t say it will feel supportive. Would not purchase if I’d known.

I am returning these shoes as they are too big, hoping that a smaller size in my width becomes available soon.

I liked the style. However, I didn’t like the heaviness of the shoes, and although I ordered wide width, these were too tight. I am past the age of keeping shoes just because they are cute or pretty, and I have learned from experience that if they are uncomfortable at the beginning, they’re not going to get any better. There is no such thing as “breaking in” shoes worn occasionally (or even frequently, with almost no exception). So, back they go.

Very cute burgundy loafers. It is a nice blend of modern loafer and classic loafer. Unfortunately, this color is not leather. I will be returning and continuing my search for a leather pair

Fit is 1 to 1-1/2 size larger than I normally wear. They look beautiful on and are moderately comfortable. They slip off my ankles a bit with sock liner, so could only wear them barefoot for mote grip. Good for shorter amount of time wearing.

I had a pair from a few years ago and the sizing was smaller than I normally wear - but I ordered same size now and its too small. Sizing appears to have changed for this shoe

This shoe is CUTE CUTE CUTE. However, I'm stepping out of them, although length is fine. My foot is a bit wide, so this is an unusual problem for me. But it's too big in the heel, I guess. Unfortunately, these are going back.

Great style of the shoe and wanted to love it however the toe box was narrow on the 7.5 and 8 was to big with heel coming out of shoe when walking. After wearing each pair for about an hour in the house, have to send both sizes back only due to fit.

These patent leather shoes are pretty cute. I wear a size 91/2 - 10 depending on the last and style of a shoe. These are size 10 and were too big for me. They made my feet look even bigger with the thick sole. I would have kept them if they weren't so heavy looking. Cute shoe though. I didn't have them on long enough to check out the arch support. For size I would say for a ten they felt big. Try them out they may work for you. You can always send them back.

The fit and size were perfect, but it wasn’t the shoe in the photo. The shoe I received has an entirely black sole while the advertised shoe has a black sole but the area where the stitching is is tan. I loved the contrast and that’s why I ordered the shoes. Sadly I will be returning these.

They run so big I was unable to actually tell if they were comfortable. I am sending back. Not sure what size I would need.
